Cons:

Roupas de cama velhas e furadas, quarto com sujidades aparentes, internet não funcionava, café da manhã servido muito tarde, telefone não funciona.

Que cobren por una almohada extra, el baño cuenta con una pileta muuuy chica, el funcionamiento de la ducha es complicado y no tiene ducha al lado del inodoro, algo importante para mi.

Baixa qualidade: toalhas e travesseiros de baixa qualidade. Quando solicitei mais toalha e travesseiro (deixaram 2 e estava com família com bebê) me pediram valor extra. Elevador baixa qualidade e perigoso (fecha porta rápido) único cartão de entrada no quarto, cortinas que não vedam entrada de luz.
