Für unsere Gruppe war es ein schöner Aufenthalt im Hotel.
Pros:

Sehr nettes und engagiertes Personal.
Zimmer entsprachen den Bildern und der Ausschreibung.

Cons:

Über die Unterkunft können wir nichts negatives berichten. Einzig der Fußweg bis ins Zentrum dauert ca 20 Minuten.

Pros:

Hôtel bien décoré, accueil sympathique, chambre propre, petit déjeuner sur la terrasse agréable

Cons:

Chambre assez petite, assez mal isolée car on entend les voisins du dessus ( pas, toilettes, douche …), la salle de bain sans rangement ni endroit où étendre les serviettes

La llegada no tiene espacio en la calle para bajar valijas
Es un edificio de departamentos donde se ha comprado parte del segundo piso
La recepción esta en una parte del primer piso
Para llegar a la habitacion hay que tomar dos ascensores muy pequeños
No es un hotel , es un Airbnb que pretende ser un hotel , cosa que es falso

Pros:

Honestly everything was as expected, breakfast and coffee were good, room service excellent.

Cons:

I can't complain decent price and top service. If people expect more well they can go pay more too in other places

Quite far out with small room and strange lift.

There is an ancient dodgy lift to use in this hotel if you don't want to carry suitcases up the stairs.

Boa localização. Bem decorado. Bom check in com

Cons:

Má manutenção do quarto. Duche de mão com imensas fugas. Puxador da porta da casa de banho caiu mal seguramos. O mesmo para a porta do duche. No pequeno almoço a fruta descascada é pre embalada e tem um sabor esquisito e já meio apodrecido.

Viesnīcas personāls ir izcili atsaucīgs un rūpējas par saviem viesiem, cenšoties atrisināt dažādus jautājumus. Komunikācija ar vienīcas darbiniekiem bija ļoti patīkama gan pirms ierašanās gan arī uzturēšanās laikā. Istaba bija ļoti tīra, tajā bija viss nepieciešamais, lai darba braucienā varētu sagatavoties katrai nākamajai dienai. Brokastīs bija pieejamas gan svaigas smalkmaizītes gan arī siltais ēdiens, laba kafija kuru gatavoja katram viesim atsevišķi. Patīkama ekstra bija "mazais našķis", kas bija pieejams brokastu zonā arī vēlā vakara stundā pēc garas darba dienas. Lai arī viesnīca atrodas ārpus centra, bet ļoti labi transporta savienojumi ir pieejami dažu minūšu pastaigas attālumā, ļaujot ērti nokļūt Florences Santa Maria Novella dzelzceļa stacijā vai Florences lidostā.

Cons:

Vienīgais ko varētu ieteikt, ir uzlabot viesnīcas pamanāmību no ielas, jo vēlā vakarā viesnīcas izkārtnei var viegli paiet garām.

Would definitely recommend hotel
Pros:

Reception was really helpful and friendly as were the kitchen staff and for a city hotel it was very quiet and peaceful. Leisurely 20min walk into centre of Florence so great location.
