Het verblijf 3 dagen hier, was fijn. Het personeel heel behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Het ontbijt ruime keuzes. De enige tegenvaller was de late incheck tijd 14.00u. Die zou eigenlijk iets vroeger mogen, zeker als je vroeg aankomt in Jakarta. Gelukkig mocht ik eerder op mijn kamer.

De mogelijkheid van het ophalen van de Airport, vond ik heel fijn.Het inchecken ging vlot en het personeel was vriendelijk en spontaan. De kamer en badkamer waren schoon, want hygiëne is voor mij het voornaamste bij een hotel verblijf. Heel veel eetgelegenheden in de buurt. Verder heb ik geen aanmerkingen. Alles was prima.

직원들에 친절함이 좋았으나 부대 시설 헬스트레닝 쎈터나 맛사지룸
없어 매우 실망 했다 그리고 창문이 밀페되어 호텔 룸안에서 에어컨에 의지하니 머리가 너무 아팠다

設備はよいが、スタッフは質問に的確に答えられなかったり、マッサージの予約を入れているのに、なかなか連絡がなく、満員なので部屋でしてもいいかと聞き、時間も90分から60分にして欲しいと。最初から断って欲しかったです。

コストパフォーマンスの高いホテルと思います。部屋は清潔感があり、スタッフの方の親切な対応が印象的でした。特にチェックアウトが朝食時間前だったのですが、事前に確認をしたメニューを指定した時間に部屋まで持ってきてくれたサービスは抜群でした。
