Pros:

The rooms are well appointed. We were upgraded to the family suite since the toilet in our Jr. suite wasn’t working properly. Despite that, the rooms were great with comfortable beds and sufficient plates and flatware. The place is quiet and very peaceful.
The front desk staff is friendly and helpful. Connectivity to Geneva is by bus and although the stop is only a few minutes away, it doesn’t have a ticket machine. So you’ll have to buy the ticket on the bus which is a minor inconvenience.
Voiltaire’s Chateaux is nearby, which was really fun especially in the great early spring weather.

Location using the bus
Pros:

Beautiful room, location difficult to find and it wasn’t called the residence hotel, it was called the M3.

Would be really helpful to put the directions from the bus stop and tell what bus stop to get off at on route 60. I went to Ferney Marie which was wrong and had to come back to get off at a different bus stop near the residence hotel. I went to this hotel and was told my room was not at their room but at M3 around the corner on another street.

Room was excellent to make up for the lack of directions.

Pros:

The M3 hotel was perfect for a night stay near the Geneva airport. The staff were super friendly, check-in and check-out were easy, and the room was very clean and spacious. It is also easy to access from the airport or train station via public transit (66 bus from the airport and 60 from the train station). I would definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel with very friendly staff. The room was lovely and it was very convenient for the airport, and just a short walk to the centre of the small town, which is charming. Great value hotel, perfect for the airport as the bus goes from down the road and takes 7 mins.

Pros:

It was the right place for us as a family. Having children with us, waiting for the hotel to change towels every after four days, was a bit a challenge for us during our two weeks stay at the hotel. I think for a family of four, the hotel should consider to change towels and toilet cleaning at least every other day or two for the sake of hygiene. Otherwise, we have enjoyed our experience at the Residence hotel.
