Die Großzügigkeit war sehr gut. Die Ausstattung war komfortabel.

Cons:

Die Aufzüge waren gerade in der Wartung. Deshalb mussten wir öfters länger warten.

Pros:

Posizione ottima per visitare New York. Camera enorme, comoda e funzionale, che permette di rilassarsi, soprattutto per chi viaggia con bambini. Staff cordiale e disponibile. Raccomandata!

Ci tornerei e lo consiglio.
Pros:

La posizione dell'hotel è strategica perché è a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro vicino a locali e negozi e in una bella zona piuttosto trafficata e quindi abbastanza sicura. La colazione è internazionale e ricca, il personale di sala gentilissimo e molto disponibile. La sala per la colazione è accogliente e offre un piccolo spazio dove potersi accomodare se si desidera sorseggiare il caffè leggendo un giornale. La camera quadrupla a noi assegnata non era grandissima ma sufficiente per una settimana di soggiorno. Il letto matrimoniale per due adulti comodo, il divano letto per due minori un po' meno per l'alteszza del materasso ma in linea con ciò che viene dichiarato sul sito.

Cons:

Prenotando per 4 persone, mi aspettavo che il divano al mio arrivo fosse già preparato a letto, invece ho dovuto chiedere che lo facessero e mi hanno fatto pagare il servizio.

過ごしやすいホテルでした。
Pros:

1ヶ月半ほどのアメリカ滞在の最後の一週間をここにしました。お部屋も広く快適、ロケーションも非常に良かったです。
部屋の清掃も時間を言えばその時間にすませてくれました。帰りのフライトのディレイでチェックアウト後荷物を預けたのですがタクシーの予約をしてくださり、その時間を変更する時も大変気持ちよく親切に対応してくださいました。滞在期間中に一度雨が降ったのですがロビーに傘の無料レンタル器械のDipdropがあり助かりました。

Personnel au petit soin, de l'accueil au petit déjeuner. Chambre suite spacieuse. Lit confortable. Juste quand on se sert du canapé lit dans la suite il faut demander des couverture et elles sont un peu fines...
Hôtel très bien situé entre Time Square et Central Park. Accès au principal attractions aisé en métro.

I would like to return!
Pros:

Location. Valet for parking. Lounge was comfortable and perfect as a rendezvous spot. Comfortable sized rooms with good amenities. Clean overall, and well maintained bathrooms. I was able to reserve thru a Booking.com at a discounted price. Otherwise I could not have afforded it. All staff, at manned positions or encountered throughout the hotel by happenstance, were courteous and helpful, and cheerful! A welcoming and warm atmosphere.

Cons:

There was construction noise outside, but hotel could not control that!
