Pros:

We got there and the whole place was closed for renovations. We had to get a grab back to the city and pay full price for an alternative hotel. Now we have to see if we get our money back when we get home as they were paid well in advance

Une super surprise !!
Pros:

Nous avons choisi cet hotel sans grande espérance. Nous nous sommes trompés. Cet endroit est GÉNIAL ! Petite hotel de quelques chambres tenu par un couple avec leur adorable petit garçon et ses deux chiots, nous avons été absolument soufflés par la taille de la chambre, la qualité du lit, des draps, de la salle de bain et du linge. La cuisine est délicieuse aussi, et tout ça pour une somme dérisoire. A savoir, l’hôtel n’est pas en ville, mais ils proposent d’emmener gratuitement les clients. Hoi An est la plus belle ville du Vietnam, nous avons décidé de rester 2j de plus. L’hôtel est situé non loin d’une route, on entend un peu la circulation le matin mais rien de gênant. Vraiment un super plan !

The place is very well kept and beautiful. Exactly like what they have advertised. Beautiful and clean rooms and exterior facade. The place is both beautiful in the day as well as in the night. Very relax place. Value for money must stay place. Most important, the bath area is clean. Come with all the necessary toiletries. On top of that, the personal service is excellent. The people there really value us, guests. They have free shuttle service for you. They always obliged to your request for another place instead of the destinated ones. Just ask them. There are eating places along the place. Not far. Can use the free bicycles or the shuttle. Should be given 10+points. I normally don't give such a good review. I couldn't fault Silver bell. It is too good to be true.

Silverbells was extremely clean, breakfast was made to order. Extremely accommodating. We had the family room, 2 bedroom suite was so cute. A little out of town but had a free transportation service. Would highly recommend.

Pros:

Nice hotel near water coconut palm village. We taked basket boat visit along on the river.
Room so beautiful with river view. Beakfast so good.
A little bit far go to old city bit they had shuttle bus and bicycle for free.
Everything is good. High recommend!
