A perfect hotel in every way, except that noise in Room 509 from the adjacent Cantina Salon Rios is very loud every night until well after midnight.

Muy malo, solo utilice una noche de las dos que pagué ya que decidí cambiarme de hotel.

Comfy but wouldn’t do it again

- Close to city centre
- In proximity to great restaurants
- Large space
- Seemed clean
- Great gym!!

Cons:

- We were in a very outdated room
- Internet/WiFi did NOT work - we flagged with reception and they signed us up to their lobby Internet, which didn’t work on higher levels.
- Air con leaked despite hardly being used - we tried calling front desk when we noticed and no one answered (24/7 front desk).

The location is great, we were enchanted by the old world charm at first. The gym is great!

Cons:

To call this a 5 star is a massive stretch. It is dated, loud and basic. We were on the fifth floor and the noise from the street was incredibly loud as well as possible construction above us beginning at 6am. While the rooms are large they could use some updating. The front desk staff were rarely at the desk.

Sehr gute Lage, Naehe zu Paseo de la Reforma/Angel de la Independencia, zahlreiche gute Restaurants und Bars in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft, Mitnutzung der Einrichtungen des im Gebaeude befindlichen Fitnessclubs, grosse Zimmer, bequeme Betten, gutes Preis-Leistungsverhaeltnis

Cons:

Etwas lauter am Abend, da die Gegend recht beliebt ist. Bei geschlossenem Fenster aber problemlos.

Excelente servicio en todos los sentidos, habitación impoluta y muy cómoda

Cons:

Si bien dejaron todo impecable, debo llamarle la atencion al personal de housekeeping porque a mi llegada no pusieron papel higienico y al segundo dia se olvidaron un limpiador en el baño de la habitación. Excelente servicio en general, pero hay que prestar tantita mas atención.

También el agua de la ducha tardaba mas de 5 mins en calentar y la presión no era muy buena.

Great location, friendly staff, clean, spacious and comfortable rooms
Pros:

Staff were friendly and helpful. Sometimes there was a language barrier. The rooms were comfortable and clean and very quiet even though there were establishments around. Great location and easy to walk to main streets.

Cons:

Very little, sometimes language barrier made it hard to get support from staff.
