Great location, friendly staff, clean, spacious and comfortable rooms
Pros:

Staff were friendly and helpful. Sometimes there was a language barrier. The rooms were comfortable and clean and very quiet even though there were establishments around. Great location and easy to walk to main streets.

Cons:

Very little, sometimes language barrier made it hard to get support from staff.

Pros:

Hotel location is so good to access to famous facility. The room was excellent including bed comfortability.

Cons:

It was little bit difficult to know parking system. I asked to neighbor parking to park my car, however, it was valet parking for this hotel. However Hotel staff was so kind to change the place for my car.

En el hotel me indicaron que no tienen Spa ni centro de bienestar. Dijeron que hay un GYM y que en el baño de hombres una sala de vapor y otra en baño de mujeres. Me parece indignante. El parking da miedo, no tiene luz, está lleno de chatarra y por eso hay una persona que te lo quiere aparcar a la fuerza para que no lo veas. Ni nos bajamos del coche. DA MIEDO. No tiene uniforme y para nada cumplen los estandares de 4 estrellas. Hice el check out a los 10 minutos. Soy española, que quede claro que se dé lo que hablo cuando digo hotel de 4 estarellas con Spa. No me jodas.

Hablo telefónicamente con booking que es a quién le efectúe el pago y quien es el responsable de verificar personalmente los alojamientos que oferta en su web. Y eso es lo que me contestó:

Hola, Roxana:

Tenemos buenas noticias: se ha aprobado el reembolso de MXN XXX equivalente al 20% por la falta de amenidades en el alojamiento de la reserva en Hotel Park Nilo Reforma.

En este caso el reporte fue debido a que el estacinamiento no estaba en condiciones seguras y que el gimnasio y el SPA no estaban abiertos durante el 25 de Diciembre de 2025 pero no cumplieron con abrir el 26 de Diciembre de 2025.
El alojamiento por el momento en llamada rechazó hacer una compensación económica o hacer el reembolso total de la reserva por las políticas de cancelación en este último caso.

Pues bien, es un fraude y voy a demandar primero a protección del consumidor en España 🇪🇸 y la OMIC , porque soy Española que quede bien claro. Y también a PROFECO en MÉXICO, tanto a booking por permitir publicidad falsa como al hotel por información engañosa.

Y que quede constancia de esta publicación que voy en serio.

Pros:

Me cambiaron a una habitación más nueva. Estaba padre!

Cons:

En principio me habían dado una habitación que parecía de los 80's 90's (además, encontré lo que parecía un bello púbico en la cama). Muy amablemente la señorita de recepción me asignó una remodelada y estaba muchísimo más padre. Sin embargo al hacer checkout me querían cobrar una cuota porque supuestamente el personal de limpieza dijo que sí había usado el baño. El estacionamiento se paga aparte.

Pros:

La habitación era muy amplia y limpia. La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, zona tranquila, cerca de muchos restaurantes y con acceso a medios de transporte. El personal de la recepción fue muy atento

Cons:

Me pareció que el baño tenía poca privacidad, con puertas cortas y de vidrio. El agua no salía tan caliente para bañarse en la tarde-noche.

To the point: the staff is exceptional. They were very mindful of the language gap and accommodated requests, providing assistance as needed and helpful information. The 1-bedroom is spacious, with comfortable beds, great Wi-Fi, and kitchen tools for small dish preparation.

Cons:

Honestly, there's nothing negative to say. Maybe the hotel entrance could get some work done to improve the access for guest drop off/ pick up.

Pros:

Property is centrally located in a safe feeling neighbourhood. As two single females we never felt unsafe in this area. Many cafes & restaurants etc close by. Facilities were great. Staff were helpful. Room was very spacious and comfortable.

Cons:

The window joinery was a little dated so some noise did flow through, but didn’t disturb our sleep.

El personal muy amable tanto el de seguridad frondesk y el de lipiempieza. MUY BUEN TRATO DE TODO EL PERSONAL. LAS INSTALACIONES MUY BONITAS Y LIMPIAS.

Cons:

En realidad me gustaria que la alberca o piscina este bajo techo y aclimatizada para en tiempos de frío en la ciudad poder disfrutarla.

Pros:

The suite was quite spacious and felt more like a studio apartment. The bed was comfortable, and the living area had nice decoration. I also appreciated the small kitchen — it made the stay feel more home-like.

Cons:

The bathroom was disappointing — the shower had very little water flow and only dripped, which made it hard to use. Upon departure, I had to wait for about an hour at reception without access to a toilet or a charging port, which was quite inconvenient
