Very very steep & long driveway — served our food order to someone else in front of us & when confronted they chose not to charge us — awful experience
Lot of construction going on in the living quarters area.
My 85 year old mother was with me — too many up & down stairs — only way to access the rooms. Not convent for us.

It was a nice experience. Food was excellent specially butter chicken was mouth watering. Morning buffet was ok. Rooms were nice and clean. Pool experience was not so good because of non-changing the water regularly. Roof top and bar were excellent.The Only problem was the way to reach the hotel parking which was too steep.
We booked 3 rooms with twin beds for each room. Even called and confirmed 2 days earlier. But when we checked in they did not have any rooms with twin beds. There answer was that this was the outside agency online booking and they can't do anything about it. All twin beds rooms are taken. One of the worst responses by the management.

The location was perfect and the staff was very responsive when we found our bedsheets were not entirely clean (likely just from washing machine residue). Negative points: To get to our room, we had to take elevator and then step outside and then enter building which included our room (all in the premise of the hotel however doesn't have ceiling and it was raining and cold so got super wet entering the room).
i was very dissapointed by my experience first of all they gave me 2 twin beds for 3 people which is not at all acceptable then they provide an extra bed not at all good. Then there was spider in the room then they had to change the room. All the things mentioned ok thanks for the in pool table etc nothing was there. Fort he price of the room it was not worth it and i would like someone front he management to do something regarding this i think a refund of some sort should be issues for the false publishing when there was nothing there.

Overall hotel was ok but there was a strong stench emanating from the bathroom which was a deal breaker. Also the food is expensive considering its a 3 star property, but the rates are at par with 5 star hotels.
Good property with good location. Service in the restaurants is good but service to the rooms needs more attention especially when restaurants are also occupied.

An excellent property with all facilities. Excellent food, very supportive staff and nice rooms with a balcony. Rooftop restaurant and bar with live music has made our stay most memorable.
