Vegans food needs improved
Pros:

The actual facilities were brilliant

Cons:

It was very bad for vegan food. My partner and I are vegan. There was barely any vegan foods on the menu. On our first night they served us chicken, when we asked for tofu… the next morning at breakfast there were zero milk alternatives. We had to keep asking, anytime we asked the staff they seemed annoyed. Or simply didn’t care

Obiekt polozony blisko plazy, piekny duzy basen. Dobre jedzenie w hotelowej restauracji.

Cons:

Stosunek jakosci do ceny jest niewspółmierny. Pokoje z dostępem do basenu są ładne, ale strazznie wilgotne. W pokojach musi być uruchomiony non stop osuszacz powietrza (bardzo głośny), bo inaczej zaczyna bardzo brzydko pachnieć wilgocią, grzybem. Wszystko w pokoju jest wilgotne, mokre, nic nie schnie. Personel w porownaniu ze wszystkimi innymi miejscami w Tajlandii jest niesympatyczny, co niespotykane w tym kraju.

Tout. J’ai rarement vu autant de gentillesse du personnel, ayant eu un accident sur patong toutes les personnes de cet établissement ont été au petit soins pour moi.
Une mention particulière à axe et sa collègue sans oublier le manager

Nice large front beach with a nice pool and restaurants inside, outside and at the beach, we had front view room at the high floor with nice view

Cons:

The structure needs a renovation, pools, rooms and also infrastructure, the picture you see on bookings are old ones. The price you pay is not the quality you get. Also staff need to improve their level of English, some rooms are smelling of humidity and we have been there in feb so it's not raining season. Breakfast: there is only one guy to prepare a fresh omelette, sometimes this creates a long waiting time, the overall price should be at least 30% lower for such a level of quality.

Bel hotel bien situé
Pros:

l'hotel est idealement situé sur la cote. aux abords d'un village avec restaurants et magasins et a 10 mn en taxi de la ville de Khao Lak. important quand on veut diner a l'extérieur
les chambres sont confortables, grandes. le personnel est serviable et souriant comme souvent en Thailande.
Le petit déjeuner est de qualité, du choix et des bons produits globalement.
le spa de l'hotel propose des massages certes plus cher que sur la plage, mais plus délicats aussi,
La plage de l'hotel est très agréable

les WC sont avec la douche dans un espace semi fermé.
meme si c'est proscrit, de nombreux clients, leve tot, reservent les transats en posant leurs serviettes avant d'aller petit déjeuner... pas très cool. Mais ça l'hotel n'y est pour rien, ça tient plus du manque d'education de certains touristes.

Pros:

l'hotel et le jardin sont très végétalisés. Contrairement à d'autres hotels à proximité, très massifs, avec des architectures trop présentes , l'Eden Beach est constitué de petits batiments ( 1 étage) avec des toits de chaume et de la végétation partout . L'hôtel se fond dans la nature très présente . L'hôtel n'a que 200 chambres, on n'a donc pas l'impression de foule . tout est fluide. Enfin sa proximité avec le village permet d'aller dîner à l'extérieur à pied . Le spa ( et les praticiennes ) est top ..

les personnes qui se lèvent à 6h du matin pour aller réserver leur transat face mer en posant leur serviette ...

Fijn verblijf voor een koppel.
Pros:

Lokatie, het strand. mooi zwembad, goed ontbijt.

Cons:

Kleine badkamer, kan je haast niet bewegen.

Eden Beach Review
Pros:

This is the first time in Khoa Lak. I am delighted we chose this hotel. Very clean, attention to detail in everything from the rooms to the restaurants to the bars. The location was excellent. 3km outside Khoa Lak itself, but 500 meters is a small town with lots of bars restaurants, easy to walk, and does not have the traffic and crowds of the main centre.

Cons:

Nothing cones to mind.

Splendid
Pros:

We stayed for two weeks, and would return.

The staff were so lovely and accommodating. Location is excellent - albeit a tad remote - which is what we wanted. Activities available too, and the resort puts on entertainment couple of times a week. It has a private beach, and it’s fabulous to be able to go into the sea straight from the pool. Happy hour twice a day two for one cocktails. Splendid breakfast. Good kids menu too.

It is a five star resort, though it is not Four Seasons - so just keep that in mind especially when reading the comments generally. It has a real tropical vibe, with a boutique feel. Lots of lovely small touches all around the resort and the hotel. Beach towels delivered everyday, your own beach bag, wooden buckets of water to wash feet on way back from beach. Lush tropical greenery around the resort. The spa / massage options are really good too. The layout of the resort is spread out, but again that is nice.

The small town / village nearby has all the amenities you’ll need.

We would return and had a lovely & relaxing two weeks.

Cons:

The rooms did have a slight damp smell, but my spouse did not notice. It is arguable I would not as well if I had not read the comments in advance . There is an oil / scent burner which neutralises the smell. It’s nothing serious and we did not have any problems.

Happy hour music is a little loud, but again no problem.

Free shuttle service available to Khao Lak, but needs to be booked two days in advance. The service is a pickup truck - so no seatbelts. Something to consider with a baby. Though one can always request a taxi.
