Always so welcoming and Samuel and the team are always helpful and happy. I love staying here it is comfortable, homely with a bit of luxury and a lovely atmosphere.
The hotel is well located, with a very nice view from the common areas. Breakfast and the lounge are amazing, and the service was really good as well. All the rooms and common areas were well decorated.
I was under the impression that the hall towards the room was a bit dusty or under renovation.

This is a fantastic hotel - The lovely lady who checked me in, so welcoming, the beautiful room very well equipped and yet so individual, the comfy bed and great shower.
This is such a gorgeous hotel, the bar also looks great. Hope I can stay again soon

We've stayed at multiple Artist Residence properties and love the vibe and decor each time. We would repeat our stay. Staff was super friendly and helpful, hotel located well, very walkable.
We stayed for one night mid week get away. Absolutely lovely and super helpful staff. Very cute room - small but perfectly formed with some really unique design quirks and a sea view. Great location too.
The hotel was fun quirky and really well decorated! Close to everything ! We enjoyed our stay …the minus was for a bed mattress sagging towards the middle and although we first planned to have breakfast there as the room and menu looked really good we didn’t feel as welcomed as we hoped. Basically the staff seemed “too cool for school” and made us feel like we are not in with the hyped crowd. They barely nodded when we passed reception and said good morning. And upon check in they were very nonchalant about the all process as if they didn’t care… I know it is meant to be an artist place but a little smile and polite chit chat goes a long way when you work in hospitality.
