Cons:

Barzahlung nötig, da EC-Karten Zahlung erst ab 100 Euro. Kartenzahlung (Debitkarten) nur mit 5% Zuschlag. Einchecken in anderem Hotel nötig.

Toll wie immer
Pros:

Wir haben das 2. Mal hier gewohnt, weil die Mitarbeiter total herzlich sind und die zentrale Lage super ist. Das Frühstück war richtig toll und wir fühlen uns dort sehr wohl.

Cons:

Dieses Mal war unsere Zimmer kleiner, etwas beengt, obwohl es ein Premiumzimmer sein sollte. Hatten wir beim letzten Mal nicht und ich würde auch beim nächsten Mal das andere Zimmer bevorzugen.

Es hat gefallen.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war umfangreich und von guter Qualität. Es wurde jeweils durch eine Frau betreut. Die eine Dame war sehr fröhlich, kompetent und aufmerksam, die andere wirkte sehr verschlossen, mürrisch, machte aber ihre Sache sonst gut.
Die Lage ist sehr gut.

Cons:

Da aus Personalmangel niemand zuständiges erreichbar war, wurde der sehr laute Bad-Ventilator auch nach zwei Tagen nicht ersetzt!
Eine Zweigstelle eines Hotels ohne präsente Betreuung ist für mich ein "No Go".

Pros:

Sehr gutes Frühstück und es wurde ständig und umsichtig nachgelagt. Lecker fanden wir, dass vielseitige Saftangebot aus der Regionsmosterei in Satow, sehr lecker. Die Zimmer waren sehr funktionell eingerichtet, z.B.mit vielen Steckdosen, Kühlschrank, Safe und beleuchteter Kleiderstange in Schrank. Uns hat es sehr gefallen.
