Our stay was below average, and we will not return. We waited in lobby chairs for 1.5 hours for our room to be ready even though we were told it would be ready “by 3:00 but definitely before then.” It was ready at 4:30. We had already eaten lunch, walked, and played games. During this time, we were denied a pool pass. I have never visited a nice hotel that denied a pool pass while the room was delayed in being prepared. The pools were uncrowded.
The lobby, common areas, and rooms are beautifully decorated. There was dog waste at the end of our hall. The waiting area at the elevator banks is very loud and crowded.
The AC did not cool the room. It was 113 degrees outdoors. The common areas were blowing warm air. The halls smelled musty.
The room was quiet and comfortable. There was one luggage rack for two people and no large flat surfaces for luggage.
The Reserve pool was unexpectedly closed. The regular pool service was great.
We presented a bag check ticket to a bellman who returned with bags that did not belong to us. This means our own bags were not secure.
The hotel service is in no way on par with Bellagio, The Cosmopolitan, and Vdara. We will continue to stay at those three on future trips.
Stamford very friendly. However. AC in room did not work.
Great location. The staff is very friendly . The decor is lovely and it’s impeccably clean.
Very comfortable . I will be back!
Delayed at check-in. Their solution was to upgrade room, but still inconvenient. Checked in at 8 pm.
Sitting high atop the Park MGM, Hotel, The Reserve is an oasis in Las Vegas providing an upscale hotel experience and laid back atmosphere in a smoke-free environment.
We stayed here last year as The Nomad, and booked again as a 4 night stop on a little road trip from the UK. The name changed after we booked, so wondered if the hotel would change, and be as good. Thankfully it is virtually the same except for signage, and just as good! Rooms here are a little smaller on the whole than the Vegas norm, but that isn’t an issue. Enough room, nice bathrooms, great decor and super comfy bed. I should have started with check in, it is separate from the Park, not busy and very friendly barely a queue. The whole hotel vibe is a little dark, and slightly dimly lit. This works for feel, but seems to add to the calmness of this almost boutique (ok little smaller for Vegas) distinct hotel at the top of the Park MGM. Separate pool area is really great, and service there exceptional, thank you so much Alex working hard to look after everyone by the pool, and Phil at the bar. Nice to have all the facilities of Park, the shaded area near Primrose, and the facilities of Eataly on the doorstep. Strip access via tram or air conditioned walkways helped in July heat. Our second stay here would really make me think we would choose this lovely property for another Vegas stay. We have stayed at other lovely Vegas hotels, but this one has hit a really sweet spot for us.
An awesome stay at the Reserve, very friendly and professional staff, including house keeping, the Reserve would be my go to option every time possible, and importantly, no smoking resort and casino,outstanding...
Beautiful hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Will stay again.
Staff seemed and engaged and I felt they actually cared about or needs. The room was top notch. Will be my go to Hotel when in Vegas.
The Library inside The Reserve is such a great hidden gem, the food was great, atmosphere was amazing, we highly recommend this place.
The casino is fantastic, table games are less than $25, slots are great and there’s no smoking.
My husband and I stayed here for 9 days to celebrate our 30th Anniversary. We are frequent travellers to Vegas and always stay either at The Reserve or Park MGM. We love the non smoking casino, hotel, the pools and proximity to everything.
We had a few hiccups with our stay. Housekeeping always misses our room the first morning of our stay. I don’t understand why or how that happens but they make it right as soon as we call but we shouldn’t have to…definitely some type of disconnect between reservations and housekeeping.
Secondly we were comped a daybed at the adult pool by the conceirge when we checked in. This had been prearranged months before we arrived and while Tatiana knew about it and provided exceptional customer service the pool manager and complex did not. To say dealing with the pool staff was brutal is an understatement. While some attendants were helpful the manager and a couple attendants were rude and condescending. Thankfully with the help of Tatiana and Jonna our pool server we got everything figured out. But just so unnecessary and a waste of our time for something so simple
Special mention to Roo and Jonna at the adult pool who are just wonderful and a pleasure to talk to. Tatiana at The Reserve conceirge was also excellent and nice to speak with. We are back in August so hopefully it’s a smoother stay.
Quiet elegance.
Free upgrade to nicer rooms was a pleasant surprise. Reserve rooms did feel more exclusive and premium vs normal Park MGM rooms. Bed was really comfortable and room was really quiet. Good location with tram to Bellagio
Everyone was so welcoming and generous! We were given an additional $100 resort credit right upon check in which was so nice! We found the pool area extremely comfortable because of how private and serene it is. We were given an extra beer on the house as well! The room was elegant and luxurious. The overall vibes was amazing. This is the first time i actually was excited to come back again soon! Shout out to Jasper (bell service) and the other young Mexican-American gentleman who helped us check out. The lovely woman who checked us in and gave us additional $100 resort credit. And lastly, shout out to the nice Spanish or Mexican bartender at the Terrace Pool bar who gave us a BOGO deal on beer!
Good experience but have a mystery charge to deal with….
