Clean, comfy, great staff
Pros:

The staff were so nice and helpful, they helped me with some extra requests, the place is just very smart, makes use of every inch, the fact that the place had a very good mini kitchen and sink makes it good for those seeking to stay long periods, the bathroom is huge and the beds are clean and comfy

Will be perfect for a business weekday stays at the charming Beirut city
Pros:

Very spacious, wonderful location, helpful and friendly staff

Cons:

Checking in during weekends would create hustle due to car noises in the late night time leaving night clubs surrounding the area, hotel also needs to create a bit of extra efforts to rooms cleaning

Very disappointing and misleading experience

I originally booked through Booking.com, but the hotel contacted me directly and asked me to cancel and rebook with them for a better rate, early check in, and late checkout. None of what was promised was delivered.

I arrived at the hotel at 2:00 PM. There was no one at the reception for over 20 minutes. When someone finally arrived, I was told the room was not ready and would be available at 4:00 PM. This was already not early check in, but I agreed.

I returned at 4:30 PM and the room was still not ready. I was then told it would be ready by 5:00 PM. I kept going back and forth with my luggage based on repeated false promises. At that point, it was clear the room would not be ready anytime soon.

For context, I paid 200 USD++ per night for this room.

Since checking in late in the evening was pointless, I asked for a refund for the night. The hotel refused. They suggested keeping the night as a credit instead, which I reluctantly accepted.

At checkout, I was informed that there would be no refund and no credit, despite this being their own suggestion. I paid for a night, did not stay, and received nothing in return.

This experience felt very unprofessional and misleading. I would not recommend this hotel and advise future guests to be very careful, especially when asked to cancel Booking.com reservations and book directly.

Lively, central Beirut location
Pros:

It's a lively, central location in Beirut, full of restaurants and bars. It feels very safe. The room is very comfortable, spacious and modern. Staff is very kind and professional. What else can I say...

Cons:

Lobby is tiny, it feels more like serviced apartments than a proper hotel. However, there is a proper reception, and staff was always there. What else do you need me to comment, Booking.com? I think I'm done.
