Hotel Alfa International

Won't recommended unless you're just a bachelor guy. Not suitable for anyone else

Booked this last minute through Expedia as was close to the Airport and we had to fly back out quickly. On expedia, the hotel photo was appealing but the property was nothing like it. It's not fit as a domestc hotel, let alone meeting International Standards. I have lost total trust in Expedia as they're not at all vetting these properties before advertising them and thereby misleading customers

Room is neat & clean , location is also good , near to the airport and serves as the junction of all tourist places..staff were very good at thier behavior and supported us in very way they could..the food was too delicious.

Reached hotel at 9 pm. They denied accommodation even though we were having hotel confirmation. It was heavily raining and we waited outside hotel with luggage for very long time. There was no response from goibibo. Staff was very rude and disrespectful. He was using local slang language. Not professional at all. I will file legal case against the company. Never book rooms here. It is full of cheap crowds. And your family is unsafe here.

This hotel was close to the airport which was good. They appeared to be doing some huge renovations so access at main entrance was muddled and hard to use as its on a very busy junction. The room was OK and quite clean but due to the work being done it's hard to say much more

Hotel at very good staff very friendly and respectful.....All service cleaning and breakfast are very nice...I hope we will sure come to again this hotel....thanku for service I will try that I 'll come to again next time hotel alfa international 🤩🤩😊😊

Nice location to stay. Hotel staff is very polite and helpful. Rooms are clean and gives the feel of Home stay. Free parking facility is available for guests. Cleanliness and Hotel ambiance is good for future stay. Nice Hotel to stay again in Mumbai in very economic range.

Difficult to find. Very noisy from traffic and airports. Small dirty room and sheets hadn’t been changed as I found food in the sheets. Lots of mosquitoes in the room as there was no screen in the bathroom window. Could definitely do with a revamping.

I can't say enough good things about this hotel. They have done an amazing job from top to bottom. No detail has been overlooked. Form the moment we arrived, we were made to feel special. Everyone had a smile on their face and did everything they could to make us feel welcome.

The rooms are comfortable and incredibly well designed. We stayed in room 107, which has a brilliant view of the hustle and bustle of the city. Anything you need is a quick phone call away. I would definitely recommend to stay here.

A special shout-out to the lady receptionist who really went out of her way to help us with the room bookings and made our stay here really nice. Cheers!

The room is quite good for the price in a city like Mumbai. There is availability of hot and cold water 24x7. The washrooms are spick and span.
The room service was slow rather and I would prefer to eat outside as the food quality was not very good.

Hole in the wall hotel in an annexe to a masjid. Secure location near the airport.

Me and my family had a really lovely stay at the hotel. The location is really nice, near to the airport. Rooms are clean and spacious and staff is really helpful too. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Very Good Hotel,with supportive staff,early checking is available,neat and clean and also safe,nice way to start in mumbai. All staff are helpful and also good in behaviour. Hotel is good for family stay

Not what we expected. Rooms look like the picture but bathrooms were shocking. No free wifi and every excuse in the book given when I asked for it.
Food is not great, but edible.
Not a great area even though it is close to the area. I did not feel safe

Excellent hotel stay with great services in terms of all aspects. They provided early check in. Special thanks to Mr. Shakil for his great hospitality and support. Room was very neat and clean. Breakfast was also good.

Its a nice hotel and excellent co operation by hotel staff . Looking at distance from the airport its worth staying for transit days . Even they allowed me early check in and late check out which is not allowed now days in many hotel .

i had a very comfortable stay here excellent hotel very good staff with smiley face specially ( shakeel and nisha) the room service was very quick hote neat and clean location is very good nearby santacruz railway station and airport will visit again with family and friends

its an amazing place to stay. Very nice and clean. cooperative staff. tasty breakfast. Miss nisha is a cheerful and will make sure you have no discomfort during your stay. Highly recommended for the given budget.

Hotel alfa is located near to western Highway and in great locality.
We had 2 rooms books and were very clean when we enter. Thought the check in time was 12:00 hours, we were provided a temporary room as we reached early morning for couple of hours ( on chargeable basis). The room service was upto the mark. Thought the hotel is under renovation, it lacks its own restaurant. But they provide good food inside the room ordered from outside.
Its a great option in Santacruz, near to the railway station.

The staff and reception desk were kind and helpful and provided on time services upon a single call. Thought tje room are small in size but ideal for couple stay for couple of days.
We had a pleasant stay.
