Ruim appartement met uitzicht op zee. Mooi zwembad en heerlijk strand zonder extreme drukte.

Cons:

Keuken is krakkemikkig en mist veel basis spullen, zelfs voor ontbijt. Geen winkel in de buurt.

Wspaniała lokalizacja przy samej plaży. Duży ogród z basenem i leżakami w cieniu drzew. Widok z salonu na ocean i dochodzący szum fal był wspaniały.

Cons:

Apartament wydaje się „pozostawiony samemu sobie”. Gospodarz na wiadomości odpowiada po kilku dniach. Na prośbę o drugą kartę do drzwi lub kod do zamka cyfrowego odpisał tylko że przyjął prośbę do wiadomości i na tym się skończyło. Byliśmy rodziną, ale w 6 dorosłych osób i posiadanie przez 10 dni pobytu tylko jednego klucza było bardzo kłopotliwe. Poza tym widać, że brakuje gospodarza - odpływy w kranach są pozatykane, nie działa sejf, wyposażenie kuchni jest przebrane i zdezelowane. Brak ręczników na basen, pomimo że u sąsiadów były.

Просторные красивые апартаменты на берегу океана, удобные кровати, хороший напор любой воды в душе, наличие кухни с газовой плитой, есть стиральная машина. Хороший глубокий бассейн, шезлонги под пальмами. Есть ресторан около ресепшен где достаточно быстро и вкусно можно поесть.

Cons:

Апартаменты рассчитаны на 6 человек и оборудованы кухней, но вся посуда для приготовления маленького объема и большая часть требует замены. Расположение на берегу как плюс так и минус - чтобы пользоваться жильем именно как апартаментами желательно иметь машину, так как магазины достаточно далеко. Самый большой минус - ограниченный wi-fi. День на третий приходилось искать персонал, чтобы переподключили интернет, к пятому дню пере подключали раз 6 или 7 за день, если не больше. И некоторые элементы интерьера требуют срочной замены - такие как разбитые зеркальные панели на комоде, отсутствие ручек и т.п. Все же это очень опасно, особенно если есть маленькие дети. Но при всех минусах если снова окажемся в Нилавели - остановимся именно здесь - уединенно, комфортно и красиво.

I would not book this place again

Cons:

There were 2 gates to this property. At both gates my booking was not on the list they were expecting despite the fact I booked weeks in advance. The rooms were not ready even after 3 hours of scheduled check in time. The person was not sympathetic to the fact that we were tired and hadn't eaten and the rooms were not ready. When we asked for quick snacks, it was flatly refused. When we said, we wouldn't check-in the receptionist couldn't wait for us to leave the property.

Excellent accommodation, grea5 pool and amazing beachfront location.
Pros:

Our three bed condo was on second floor and had a lovely sea view. Well equipped and very comfortable, lovely bathrooms (one en suite).
The pool area was great and the beach is just in front. Beach is incredible very quiet and eater is very clear.

Cons:

Very minor quibbles - only 3 forks provided and a tea towel would be nice to dry up. Also the washing machine seems to leak.
But this doesn’t take away from the great 3 days we had there and would definitely recommend this property.

Highly recommended!
Pros:

We stayed two nights in apartment and it wasn’t enough! The apartment is much more beautiful than the photos shown on booking’s 😆 We love the great sea view and the well equipped rooms(full kitchen, wash machine, three comfortable bedrooms with two bathrooms, big balcony). The pool is also very nice, just downstairs. The staff is helpful and friendly! They recommend a nearby diving club with reasonable price. Hope to have another opportunity to visit Trincomalee and definitely will stay in Beach Paradise Nilaveli.
