Pros:

La struttura è un po' datata e manca di alcune comodità moderne come l'aria condizionata e il phon per capelli, ma in compenso è molto pulito e curato. Per un soggiorno breve di una o due notti, può essere una scelta accettabile. Il personale è cordiale e disponibile. Se non siete troppo esigenti e cercate un posto semplice e pulito dove dormire, potrebbe essere una buona opzione.

Budget hiking trip to the Dolomites
Pros:

The owners are very friendly. The room is exceptionally clean and the housekeeper came everyday when I was staying there. There is a backdoor access to the parking area (free parking). Bed is relatively comfortable and toilet is sparkling clean. One of the most affordable accommodation near the Dolomites area. It is very basic but it served me well for 4 nights. Perfect and highly recommended for budget travellers with a car. Less than 1hr drive away from Venice Marco Polo Airport.

Although the location is not the best, the motel is 1 to 1 1/2 hr drive away from beautiful areas (Cortina D'ampezzo, Passo Pardoi, Sassolungo, Lago di Sorapis and Tre Cime) in the Dolomites. Belluno area in the Dolomites is also less than 1hr drive away. San Vito di Cadore and Auronzo are also within reach. Ponte nelle Alpi is 15 mins drive away and has large scale supermarkets and nice restaurants.

Cons:

Having a fan will be nice in the summer months.
It can get noisy at night because the motel is location just beside the roads. There will be sounds of big vehicles, motorcycles and cars. Ear plugs will come in handy in such situations.
