Caja de seguridad no funcionaba y no la pudieron arreglar. Tuvimos que caminar con todos los documentos y valores encima. Dificultad para pagar con pix, no enviaban el qr, informacion que brinda recepcion desactualizada, desconocian que habia una casa de cambio en la peatonal

As acomodações eram muito silenciosas e bastante espaçosas. Boa infraestrutura do hotel.

Cons:

O Café da manhã era ok, nada muito bom.
Na reserva falava em vista para montanhas, mas a vista era para um prédio do lado, nada que comprometesse, só estava diferente da descrição. O chuveiro muito fraco para um hotel desse padrão.

Achei bem confortável para a relação custoxbenefício. Cama boa, ar condicionado, espaço bom.

Cons:

O chuveiro era ruim. Pouca água, pouca pressão. Deveria ter melhor manutenção.

Foi uma boa estadia, sempre voltarei!
Pros:

Café da manhã era bom, com muitas opções, o que eu acho que poderia melhorar é o café preto que fica na térmica, pois fica de morno para frio.

Cons:

Já estive outras vezes no hotel e não tinha passado por isso, então acredito que seja apenas uma questão de ajuste, mas o chuveiro do quarto jogava agua para todos os lados, o que dificultava para regular a temperatura e acabava não tendo um bom fluxo de aguá.

Really nice hotel
Pros:

The staff are really friendly, and the place is lovely. Although the beach isn’t the hotel’s responsibility, it would be nice to see them fixing the broken decking and making the environment nicer.

The manager, Ana, was super helpful and attentive, always available.

I will come back and strongly recommend this place.

Cons:

Cleaning in the room could be a bit better.

I wish they could arrange a private tennis teacher, but they said they could not.
