Pros:

The premises are very good. Do not have the facilities as stated. Although some effort was made to correct that following my complaint. It seems little or none management over sight.. also no information regarding local facilties, contact for doctor or pharmacy. I have stayed all over world and this apartment was the worst for providing information on basic services ,local restaurants, bars Shopping facilities etc.

客廳冷氣不冷，且一直會有臭味飄出，而且不是官方經營、是私人喔，我們三點到達時，櫃檯完全查不到我們的訂房，然後我們也聯絡不到出租方，好不容易聯絡上，居然不會英文、然後等了半個多小時才來兩個不會英文的帶我們上樓、然後房間居然沒有打掃，我們又等了十幾二十分鐘等他們打掃,有點類似台灣日租套房的感覺，雖然房間大又便宜，但不建議

入口はAltara Suitesと共通。オーナーから事前にチャットでチェックイン方法を案内いただき、スムーズに部屋に入れました。滞在に必要な物は一通り揃っており、特にドラム式洗濯機と乾燥機があるのは助かりました。周辺にミニマートはありますがスーパーは無いため、市街地で買い出ししてから向かうのが良いかもしれません。

The stay was very relaxing and the Neo Classic luxury Condo was exactly as advertised. The only suggestion is for owner to provide phone numbers for services like wifi and tv usage. The luxury condo is located for easy access to beach and city activities. Great for families!!!

Excellent services, Perfect !!!
Pros:

A nice condo to stay in Danang. Location is close to the beach and a lot of restaurants. The Condo is a brand new five star standard. I felt in love with the place, with a very afordable I got much more than I expected.

Pros:

깨끗하게 관리가 되어있는편입니다. 식기류 모두 구비되어있으나, 조금지저분합니다.
하지만 생활하는데 지장이 있을정도는 아닙니다. 숙소를 찾는데 어려움이 있습니다.
개인이 운영하는것 같고, 120번지의 호텔안에 1개의 호수를 운영하며, 별도로 사람이 직접 와서 체크인합니다. 주인이 친절해서 좋았습니다.
