Close to nightlife so can be noisy at night into early hours
Location was great, we were there for a concert at Ford Field, it was in walking distance of both stadiums which is awesome. The rooftop lounge was very nice and service was great. The main lounge was also nice and staff was helpful regarding questions about the area.
Price was a bit high, and the pillows were not comfortable, hahaha.
Everything was amazing and breakfast at "Rise" was phenomenal.

Overall our stay was good. Clean. In general staff was kind and helpful. Ga e it 4 instead of 5 because the morning breakfast staff seemed a little grumpy when I got there at 9am. Supposedly there was still an hour of breakfast but there was hardly any food left.
I was there for a concert at ford field. I love that there was a lot in that area so you did not have to go far. The front desk staff was also very friendly and attentive. The rooms were clean and spacious enough for our stay.

Great location, well appointed rooms, top notch customer service and a complementary breakfast. If you are staying in downtown Detroit, the element is a fantastic hotel. Easy walk to all 3 major sporting venues as well as fox/Fillmore theatres.
The location is near Comerica Park.
I booked a king suite and was given a double. However, they made the correction immediately.

Outstanding location in downtown Detroit. Rooms are terrific, and service excellent. Only drawback is night noise levels from the street, but Detroit is a happening city!
