If you wand a guaranteed booking, look elsewhere.
Pros:

Nothing, I didn't have the chance to stay after booking this property.
Only when arrived to the building, the maintenance guy told us that they "left the app opened, which caused over booking"
When I called they're number, the lady said there's a technical issue with the apartment, which was a lie.
Now even if you did had over booking, why not contact the guest in advance?? We found ourselves in the street, trying to find a new property to book for the next hour. If you want a guaranteed booking, looks for another property.

Cons:

Didn't like the lies and the over booking.

Pros:

Het is goedkoop.

Cons:

De accommodatie was niet schoon. De bedden zaten onder de vlekken en de handdoeken hadden de grootte van een theedoek. Ook deze handdoeken waren vies.
Er waren slechts drie bedden terwijl staat beschreven dat het er vier zouden zijn.
De host had niet op ons gerekend terwijl we de aankomst tijd de dag ervoor hadden gecommuniceerd en een bevestiging hebben gekregen.

Соотношение цена-качество. Хороший вид с балкона. Недалеко большой торговый центр и кафешки, а также набережная для прогулок. Блэкаут шторы в одной комнате

Nice apartment in GREAT area
Pros:

Nice stay in a two bedroom apartment. Typical Vietnamese apartment.
I was very happy with it.
Had the equipment I needed and access to washer and drier without any problems at all.
Everything I asked for they delivered on.
Very good.
Also in my favorite neighbourhood in Hanoi.
Quite, green, view of the lake, restaurants, Bia Hoi, cafees.

Pros:

When I got there, they took me to a building I had stayed at before that I like. The apartments are well equipped and comfortable.

Cons:

I didn’t like that I got a location different to the one I booked well in advance.
