Hotel Collect - Adults Only

We stayed at the hotel collect 2 nights. Hotel staff is exceptionally professional and helpful.

Room was very clean and modern. As the hotel is located in the city centre, hotel is however very quiet.

The common areas and corridors have seen some time.

Hotel's breakfast is served in the small lobby area, but still selection was good.

Hotel is on good location and in short walking distance for public transport.

It felt like home , a beautiful home with amazing peaceful atmosphere. The only place to stay when visiting Budapest.

arriving at the location was very easy, the stuff hospitality was great from the first minute we arrived. loved the detailed design in every part, felt like someone made the extra effort to make us feel good. breakfast was rich. the room was spacious and well designed. got many great tips from the stuff on where to go and whay options we have to go to. I will definatelly go back again and surely recommend!

ארוחת הבוקר הייתה בלובי של המלון שאינו גדול ומרוהט כסלון בייתי. מבחינת מזון היה בסדר גמור. מבחינת הישיבה זה היה פחות נוח פירטתי בהמשך.
אהבנו שנתנו לנו לצאת מהחדר ללא תוספת תשלום עד השעה 13:00.
המיקום הפיזי - קרוב לרחובות מרכזיים, בסביבת המלון יש ברים ומסעדות אחדות.
לאחר שכתבנו את חוות הדעת, התקשר הבעלים של המלון יום למחרת, התנצל על אותם גורמים שהיו מאכזבים במהלך שהותנו. היה יסודי בהבנת הבעיות שהעלינו והבטיח לטפל במה שנראה לו כקריטי במידי.
ההתייחסות המהירה, הנכונות לפצות, להקשיב, להבין ואף לפעול נתנה הרגשה מאד טובה . התייחסות כזו אינה מובנית מאליה לצערי במחוזותינו.
אנחנו מעריכים מאד את המאמץ וההתגייסות כמו גם את הצעות הפיצוי שהוצעו. תודה וגם נזכור להבא.
