Beyond superb.
Pros:

Great quiet location in the hills above San Sebastián. Easy €15 taxi to the centre of San Sebastián. Complimentary mineral water, tea, coffee and Ev charging for the car. Great historic building. Eat breakfast and dinner on the outdoor terrace. On our visit there was no dinner service on Tuesday and Wednesday but we were given lots of recommendations. Great value for money only 11 bedrooms.

Sehr schönes, familiär geführtes Hotel. Alle Mitarbeitenden freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Jederzeit Kaffee, Tee und Wasser frei zur Verfügung. Sehr gutes Frühstück mit lokalen Produkten auf der wunderschönen Terrasse oder im stilvoll eingerichtetem Innenraum. Donnerstag bis Sonntag Abendessen möglich, auch hier alles sehr lecker. Zimmer sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Insgesamt ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt.

Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sie gaben uns tolle Tipps zum Wandern, sodass wir die Umgebung bestens erkunden konnten. Man fühlte sich wie zu Hause. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und sowohl das Hotel als auch die Umgebung waren wunderschön. Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal: Einerseits ist man nahe am Zentrum, andererseits weit genug entfernt, um sich gut zu erholen. Wir werden definitiv wiederkommen.

Fantastic hotel with wonderful staff.
Pros:

Beautiful hotel in a great spot outside of San Sebastián. There is a train station 10 minutes walk down the hill to take you into San Sebastián but that hill does feel quite steep on the way back up!
All the staff are amazingly friendly and encourage you to feel at home in the hotel. The food is fantastic and we enjoyed having breakfast and dinner outside on the lovely terrace.
If we ever return to this part of Spain, we would definitely stay here again.
