Toilet not working but they gave us another facility to use

For the price of the hotel it is really hard to complain but I just wish the bed sheets, carpet and bathroom was cleaner .

They gave me room on 3rd floor and elivator was not working then they changed the room then ac was not working

All in all - Absolutely pathetic Hotel

Please don't fall for fake reviews and photos, Hotel is not at all maintained

Firstly, I booked Elite Double room and I never received and I was promised that I will get it on my 2nd night, However they never gave me

Secondly, They will not give you key for your room since they dont have it. Which basically does not give you any security concerns. Everytime you have to go to reception to tell the reception guy to open your room with master key

Thirdly, Room are not at all clean. I once called house keeping and they appeared after 2 long hours at night, she meant I slept late and also disturbed my sleep. Also, I had seen Cockroaches running on Fridge

Finally, Only good thing is the breakfast which is decent only. Don't expect much honesty. They basically destroyed My HoneyMoon experience!

Türkiye Dış İşleri Bakanlığının web sayfasında Gürcistan'dan Azerbaycan'a karayolu ile geçilebileceği yazdığından otomobilim ile sınır kapısına ulaştık. Sınırın Azerbaycan tarafından kapatıldığını ve geçemeyeceğimizi öğrendik. Hemen otele hem İngilizce hem Türkçe mesaj yazarak rezervasyonu iptal etmesini istedik. İptal edillmediği gibi cevap yazan dahi olmadı.

The staff were unprofessional, often busy on devices despite standing at the desk for a few minutes, this happened on different occasions. they will not even look up to acknowledge you unless you say something first, not even “hello” or “one moment please” so you are left standing there with no signal that they are aware of your presence. when they do provide service it’s with such attitude that you feel you are inconveniencing them. the room smelled like mold. The bathroom smelled putrid of old sewage pipes, the tiny vent fan inside the bathroom does not run. The shower & the bathroom door handle was rusty. When this issue was brought up to the staff, we asked for any solution - even an air freshener would’ve helped, it was ignored. The extra blankets in the room closet had various stains. Even found a coarse hair in the sheets that did not match any of our own hair, it looked like a pubic hair to be honest - which is startling and disgusting, as it was not the only hair found among the sheets. The whole door and frame will quiver when opening and closing the door. Breakfast is over priced, 10 monat/person. For the price we paid per night of stay it was absolutely not worth it. I could never stay here again even if you paid me, I would caution any travellers booking here to reconsider. For the same price we had an complete opposite experience at Miraj hotel about 15mins away. The hotel was clean and well kept, the staff at Miraj were always friendly and accommodating.

2 of the 4 reception staff were very rude, no manners or custiomer service to them. Refused to provide an iron until the next day, abd still did not send it to my room. The breakfast (that we had chosen the hotel for) was "not working" and we were not given room keys as they were "not working" they had to let us into our rooms each time, The walls were thin, could hear next door talking, snoring etc. One of our two rooms didn;t have a window. The sheets and bedding was awful polyester material, very uncomfortable.

Istanbul gold hotel was a good experience but i booked tripple bed room for 3 and unfortunately we got double bed room but the hotel management was very helpful Ms. Nigar and expedia team helped us in moving to one of their other 4 star hotel and we really had a great stay there. Istanbul gold hotel was also very clean and safe and staff was very helpful and polite.

Totally unsuitable for tourists
Was more of a business hotel
It was very far from the centre of Baku and the nightlife
Cery noisy reception at niggt hardly slept a wink there
Total waste of money but enjoyed Lufthansa flights and visiting the centre of Baku but not this hotel

It was ok but just one thing is not acceptable for me. The Hotel did not serve bottle of water and tea in room and I have to go to floor 0 for them. The was so small and cramped.
