Pros:

Tout était très bien, propre et endroit calme car a 1,5 km de la grande allée touristique (20 min de marche)

Pros:

Tout était parfait...un petit paradis 😃de belle chambre confortable très propre avec un parfummm.les 2 jeunes filles a l accueil sont souriantes elles font tout pour vous satisfaire .
15 min a pied du centre et vous arrivez dans un

endroit paradisiaque pour vous détendre vous baignez😃je recommande a 100 pour cent.
2 nuits aurait étais idéal 😉😉

Grande chambre . Gentillesse du personnel.

Cons:

Nous avions un petit déjeuner compris. Au final il y avait que des oeuf brouillés de compris , avec un jus d orange. Apres si vous vouliez des pancakes ou des toasts ou autres supplément. Par contre eau et café disponible dans la chambre

L’amabilité du personnel

Cons:

Très excentré par rapport a la plage. Salle de bain très petite. Plein d’animaux dans l’hotel ce qui était plutôt sympathique mais on n’as pas aimé que les chats sautent sur la table du petit déjeuner. Le petit déjeuner très simple ( omelette et café)

Excepcional y relajante. Muy recomendable.
Pros:

Un hotel hermoso, las habitaciones muy cómodas y limpias. En la noche con todas las luces prendidas se ve preciosa la alberca. El staff siempre fue muy agradable y nos dieron recomendaciones muy buenas de lugares donde comer. ¡Todo excelente!

Très jolie piscine, Belle chambre avec lit confortable, Petit zone extérieure avec table et chaise devant chaque chambre,

Pros:

La atención de las chicas en recepción es inigualable. El hotel está chiquito pero bonito y para nosotros que fuimos en temporada de zargazo nos funcionó muy bien la distancia del mar y la alberca.

El desayuno es un bowl de frutita, deliciosa.

Cons:

Quizá que en la alberca no tenían amacas y yo había visto una imagen que sí. Pero la verdad eso no influye en que sea algo negativo.

Cons:

Équipements minimalistes pas de lampe de chevet par exemple et aucun produit d hygiène heureusement il me restait du shampooing
Nous étions les seuls clients de l hôtel pour un séjour de 3 nuits et pourtant la chambre n a été faite que le premier jour
Le petit déjeuner est problématique car servi tardivement et uniquement des fruits et du yaourt même si c est très bien
Du pain ou des gâteaux auraient été appréciés j en ai demandé mais refus assez étonnant car le prix est plutôt élevé par rapport à d autres hôtels que nous avons pris pour notre séjour au yucatan et l emplacement est dans un quartier populaire
Dommage car des petites améliorations peu onéreuses amélioreraient leur affaire

Un posto dove sentirsi a casa..
Pros:

L’hotel è composto da poche camere, noi avevamo preso la junior suite con una bellissima terrazza su cui abbiamo potuto fare colazione (è in comune con l’altra junior suite ma durante il nostro soggiorno non c’erano altri ospiti).
La struttura è a 5 minuti di macchina dalla passeggiata di Mahahual. Le stanze e gli spazi comuni sono molto ben curati, bella la piscina, qualche piccolo dettaglio da migliorare (mancava la luce da comodino), ma nel complesso ci siamo sentiti molto a nostro agio.

Nulla in particolare, i piccoli dettagli da migliorare come scrivevo nel commento precedente!

Really bad experience
Pros:

Internet is not working, there were poo dogs in the facility, the room smells of humidity and mold, I couldn't breath correctly, the staff is unwelcomed for tourists and never apologized. I escalated to expedia for even safety issue. They do not answer by email or phone.

Pros:

The internet in the room doesn't work, neither in the hotel only around the pool, there is a terrible smell of mold and humidity that enter in the lungs, I couldn't breath properly and I have asthma all night. There was no staff at night, the reception was totally closed and in the morning afer I told them the issues they just do not care.
