Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war gut und mal etwas anderes und die Lage ist super zentral und damit alles schnell und einfach zu erreichen.
Mein persönlicher Star war der Hotelkater Hamlet, der sehr freundlich und flauschig ist.

A great hotel on lots of fronts but ultimately uncomfortable to stay in.
Pros:

Location brilliant. Decor and theme fantastic. Bed very comfy. Great shower. Staff super pleasant and helpful.

Cons:

We stayed three times at the hotel over 3 weeks and the hotel failed to fix air conditioning which meant the rooms were exceptionally hot and stuffy. The last room had opening windows which was great for airflow but because facing Novy Swiat the noise was too much. Either air or quiet: that’s not a reasonable thing to have to choose.
