Good option
Pros:

Location is perfect, close walk to restaurants, old town and the new modern section. Staff was very helpful.

Cons:

A bit pricey for what you get, AC didn't work at first but got resolved. The pillows were minimal so either better quality or extra would make it a better night sleep. Liked the place overall but for the price there might be better options.

Great city hotel by which to wander and explore Warsaw

Tolles und sehr stilvolles Hotel perfekt für einen Kurztrip
Pros:

- sehr zentrale Lage mit eigenem Parkplatz (vorher reservieren!)
- sehr stilvolles Hotel mit sehr schönen und sauberen Zimmern
- Betten sehr gemütlich (Lautstärke zum Innenhof wie auch zur Straße war völlig in Ordnung)
- Lift vorhanden

Cons:

- Rezeptionistinnen waren nicht sehr aufmerksam
- Frühstück war okay aber nicht außergewöhnlich gut
(- Klimaanlage war nur über Rezeption ausstellbar)

Tylko śniadanie.

Cons:

Wszystko. Grzyb w łazience, bardzo śliska posadzka prysznica, mimo wyłączenia klimatyzacji i zmiany temperatury co chwilę się załączała i wyłączała, niewygodne łóżka i bardzo małe poduszki… Brak restauracji, brak porządnego, normalnego i strzeżonego parkingu - po prostu kilka miejsc postojowych na tyłach pomiędzy biedronką a hotelem - nie było bezpiecznie zostawiając samochód, na dodatek 100 zł za dobę… kpina… ten hotel nie zasługuje na 4 gwiazdki… co najwyżej na 2 gwiazdki.

Pros:

Дуже гарний готель. Чудове розташування. Трохи гучно вночі, але можна взяти номер з вікнами у внутрішній двір.
Гарний сніданок. Дуже приємний та привітний персонал готелю. В номері було дуже число та затишно.

Отель з шикарним розташуванням у центрі міста і культурного життя.
Pros:

Сподобалось місце розташування, ресторан,смачний сніданок, особливо овочі в сливках тушені. Зручне ліжко, комфортна ванна кімната.

Cons:

Плями на ковроліні в кімнаті і коридорі. Плями на декоративних подушках невеликі, але наче подушки не прали взагалі.

Eher enttäuschend
Pros:

Die Lage ist hervorragend um die Sehenswürdigkeiten fussläufig zu erreichen. Die Parkplätze hinter dem Hotel sind mittelmäßig aber sehr angenehm und praktisch.
Das Bett ist ziemlich schmal, jedoch sauber und bequem.
Die umliegenden Bars und Restaurants sind in kürzester Zeit erreichbar und die meisten von guter Qualität

Cons:

Der Glas-Aufzug im Treppenhaus ist eigentlich ein Blickfang. Dafür müsste der Aufzug und die Scheiben (innen und außen) aber gründlich gereinigt sein, was nicht der Fall war. Im Gegenteil.
Die Zimmer (204 /205) sind sehr klein und ziemlich abgenutzt. Die Teppiche sind schmutzig und gehören unbedingt ausgetauscht. Die Bäder sind klein. Die Bad-Ausstattung wirkt nur auf den ersten Blick hochwertig. Die Duscharmatur ist abgenutzt. Wasser kommt gleichzeitig aus beiden Brausen ( Kopfbrause und Handbrause) Die Duschtrennwand ist ziemlich stark undicht.
Die Klimaanlage ließ sich nicht regulieren, immer nur Kaltluft, und auch nicht ausschalten. Am Ende haben wir ein Fenster geöffnet um die Anlage außer Betrieb zu setzen
Alles in allem vermitteln die Zimmer keine behagliche Atmosphäre sondern eher eine mehr oder weniger zweckmäßige Übernachtungsmöglichkeit.
Der Frühstücksraum im Keller ( ohne Tageslicht) ist eng und gewöhnungsbedürftig. Die Tischplatten aus Holz sind teilweise aufgequollen. Das angebotene Frühstück ist mittlerer Qualität. Am zweiten Tag (Abreise) sind wir außer Haus frühstücken gegangen.
Ich verstehe nicht, wie so ein bestenfalls mittelmäßiges Hotel, so hochwertige Bewertungen haben kann. Hier ist nichts fabelhaft. Die m.E. zu hohen Bewertungen haben zu meiner Buchung geführt. Insofern war ich sehr enttäuscht. Mit den jetzigen Erfahrungen hätte ich dieses Hotel nicht gebucht.
