Hôtel très confortable avec de bons atouts.
Pros:

L'hôtel est très grand(donc plutôt impersonnel) , un peu excentré, mais l'accueil y est très agréable et les chambres spacieuses et bien équipées . Le petit déjeuner est généreux et varié.

Cons:

On a néanmoins regretté une piscine très à l'ombre, avec très peu de transats où s'allonger ou s'asseoir(une petite dizaine de transats pour un hôtel de 316 chambres!!)...

A really comfortable and almost homely room for a modern hotel. Really comfortable bed and an attractive room.

Cons:

Only one thing was off.....and that was an odour from the pillows, or pillow cases...like they hadnt been washed or dried properly. Such a shame, because otherwise the bedding was luxurious! I did make the staff aware of it at reception, and they were professional about it.

Frühstück wie immer sehr gut aber nicht mehr so umfangreich wie vor einem Jahr, ab 9:30 wird nichts mehr nachgeschlichtet, wenig Früchte.
Ansonsten aber wieder alles perfekt

Cons:

Am Abend an der Hotelbar war es den Mädchen wichtig zu tratschen anstatt sich um die Gäste zu kümmern.

“So good I hesitate to recommend it (prices might go up!)”
Pros:

I really think this is a top hotel. One of the biggest highlights is the staff: everyone was extremely friendly, from the parking attendants to the housekeeping staff and reception. You truly feel welcome here.
The room was very nice, spacious and clean, with comfortable soft beds and a good shower. The hotel has a great location right next to Tesco Lotus, which is very convenient. The swimming pool and gym are also beautiful and well maintained.

Cons:

A few small points for improvement: the pool water was quite cold, the room walls are rather thin so noise from loud neighbors can be noticeable, and the breakfast is mainly Thai-style, which might not suit everyone.
