HUGE bed, room space, ac, pool, balcony, breakfast, toilet facilities, everything was amazing for us. We absolutely loved it here. Location too, a bit away from the bush centre but with a shuttle available if you need.
Shower didn't have enough pressure and balcony space limited, but that's being really picky, we still loved it

The beds were comfortable, breakfast was good
Unfortunately one of our family members could not use there room as the smell of mould was so bad, also the bathroom extractor fan fell from the ceiling in my daughters room! Thankfully just missing her, they also did not provide new bottled water they tried to just refill the bottles! This was rectified when we raised this issue, the location was tropical but to far from the centre although they did have a shuttle, I would recommend this hotel!!!

Dommage car l'hôtel est situé au calme à quelques minutes du centre d'Ubud et une navette gratuite peut vous y conduire.
Nous avons demandé à quitter l'hôtel dès la première nuit alors que nous devions y séjourner 5 nuits, le manager a reconnu que nos réclamations étaient fondées et nous a remboursé le séjour que nous avions réglé avant notre arrivée.
Very cute boutique. Staff were so lovely and accommodating. The shuttle into town was so great and handy. Even thought they had set pick up and drop off, if we messaged them while we were out they would pop down and grab us. Nice and quiet location. Beautiful setting for breakfast. Very clean rooms.

Well this hotel, that I have booked quite spontaneously was a different kind of hotel I was used to so far. But I liked it!
The location was quite close to Ubud centre but since we arrived in the latter evening we were too tired to go out hence we missed it. The next morning on our way to Nusa Dua we figured out it was a nice centre. However, the hotel has a nice pool that we unfortunately could not use due to our travel plans and it's located in the centre of the hotel. Literally surrounded by the rooms. The rooms are very nicely made with lots of bamboo material. The sink and the interior of the bathroom was made of stone.
The internet.... That was awful. I mean the wifi was pretty much useless but luckily we had our SIM cards hence were still connected.
Now comes the interesting part. The breakfast!
When we checked in we were asked what we'd like to have for breakfast. So we could choose one main course and one drink. This is a great way to avoid food waste. Imagine if every hotel did this people would be more conscious and think twice about what they are going to order. The breakfast comes with two pancakes and fresh fruits anyway and you have the dish that you asked for the evening before. Great concept! Oh speaking of food, this hotel is serving vegetarian food only.
The staff was very friendly at all times and helpful.
If my path crosses again Ubud I might allow myself to stay at this place again.
The internet connection... Wifi was extremely poor. On the booking.com page the Wifi is rated with a 10 however either this was a joke or something happened to the router or the connection lines. Because we literally had 0 connection, let alone, we were given like 5 different Wifi addresses and only 1 of them appeared as active. Therefore, this was really not satisfying.
The room was huge and complete with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were super helpful and accommodating, Andy and the team are great. The shuttle is excellent and needed as it is outside of the main part of Ubud. Breakfast was nice and the one meal we ate in the vegan restaurant was very tasty.
There were only 4 sunbeds by the pool but that wasn’t a huge problem. There was a sewage smell after using the shower, but this wasn’t down to cleanliness as the staff cleaned very well every day.
The staff were absolutely incredible, they couldn’t do enough for you! The food was lovely and they were always around to help. It was extremely clean.
It would be good if the restaurant sold food in the evenings and not just breakfast.
Everything! Beautiful hotel, rooms were massive, very peaceful, wonderful staff.
There was a free shuttle to the Main Street, which made it easy to shop, eat and then relax at the hotel.
The breakfast juice was freshly made, and the breakfast was delicious.
Andy, and his staff went above and beyond to make our stay relaxing. Highly recommend!
