Pros:

Vriendelijk personeel, ligging, herbestemming van gebouw met karakter

Cons:

Eerste kamer was airco defect, direct prima kamer als alternatief gekregen, bleek zelfs upgrade. Prima en snel geregeld. Echter, mieren, afval onder bed (vandaar mieren?) en kotsresten (!) achter de toiletbril. Hiervan melding gemaakt en kamer zou worden schoongemaakt. Is ook gebeurd, echter deels. Kotsresten zaten er nog onverminderd.

Staf had deze kamer moeten checken en als ongeschikt moeten bestempelen als de bril niet reinigbasr of niet direct vervangbaar zou zijn.
Ik heb een briefje achtergelaten met VOMIT erop maar had het eigenlijk op de deksel moeten schrijven met watervaste stift…

Pros:

L’emplacement et la possibilité de profiter de la restauration

Cons:

Le personnel d’entretien : 2 verres et une bouteille de vin pendant 2 jours dans les parties communes et 2 jours dans savon de douche alors que nous l’avions signalé à l accueil

Wunderschönes Zimmer, wunderbares Personal & toller Service. Sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, vielen Dank nochmal an der Stelle!
Das Zimmer war einfach toll und das Bett super bequem!
Wir können das Hotel nur empfehlen, auch die Lage ist wunderbar um Rotterdam auf dem Rad zu erkunden & auch perfekt um einen Tag ans Meer zu fahren. Parken kann man in der LIDL Tiefgarage und zahlt bequem beim Check Out im Hotel. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Air conditioning did not work despite having reported it. Same problem for our friends, not ideal when it’s over 30 degrees outside
