Pros:

The villa is located right on the coast, within walking distance to various restaurants and beach clubs! Delicious breakfast, great staff and wonderful interior!

Pros:

Very nice, well-maintained room. Breakfast is served as room service, and optional additional services such as an in-room or beach massage are available. Friendly and attentive hosts.
The music from next door was a bit loud, but that’s not Aldea’s fault.
We will definitely come back!

Horrible! beach un-useable, party-mode beachclub next door till midnight. uninhabitable for families

villa is nicely decorated and beds are very nice. shower as well and the pool with patio outside

Cons:

insane amount of sargasm on our private beach while property advertises with year around good use of the beach. beachclub next door that plays very loud till 1:00AM, kids awake till late, was even able to shazam the songs inside my room and woke up like every ten minutes. hotel manager is grumpy and not understanding, bounces everything back we commented on. breakfast was incomplete.

Nous avons passé une semaine inoubliable à Aldea Canzul. L’accueil et le service ont été tout simplement exceptionnels : l’équipe était toujours disponible, réactive (même via WhatsApp) et attentive à chaque détail pour que nous nous sentions parfaitement bien. La chambre était spacieuse, magnifique, décorée avec goût, et préparée plusieurs fois par jour avec de petites attentions qui font toute la différence.

Le lieu est splendide : une piscine superbe, un environnement au cœur de la jungle qui donne une vraie sensation d’évasion, tout en étant parfaitement situé au centre de l’action. Le lit était extrêmement confortable, et l’ensemble de l’hôtel dégage une atmosphère éco-chic unique qui permet de profiter pleinement des vacances.

Chaque demande, qu’il s’agisse d’activités ou de services, a été prise en charge immédiatement avec le sourire. On a vraiment le sentiment d’être privilégiés dans un cadre exclusif et raffiné.

Un endroit magique que nous recommandons sans hésiter, et où nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Cons:

There was nothing. No restaurant, no breakfast. No service at the beach. And it was horribly expensive. Having paid that amount, we were really expecting a great restaurant with wonderful service

Pros:

Secluded property just off the Main Street in Tulum hotel zone, great location.
Really cool room with private pool and high specification throughout.
Staff were amazing. Friendly, professional and always available to help us.
