Excellent for a business trip
Pros:

We really appreciate the room size and the cleanliness of the room. Fresh water each day and also that there was an iron in the room with a separate space for ironed clothes, like a small walk in closet. The breakfast was also lovely.

Cons:

The bed was a bit hard to sleep on, but the most thing I missed was proper lighting in the bathroom. It was pretty dark and hard to put on make up in the morning with that dim light.

NOT an 'airport hotel'
Pros:

Isolated, it is a nice hotel with nice beds (had club room)

Cons:

I needed the hotel because I had a one-night (late arrival - early departure stopover). I picked hotel because it supposedly is 3,8 km from airport, but driving distance is more like 14 km (28 min in the evening and 45 min in the morning!!!)

Food and drinks in club lounge was poor compared to other hotels I visited during my China stay

バスタブがない。照明がマスターを消さない限り、一部が消せないので、明るくて眠りにくい。エアコンも温度調整できないので、冷えすぎると消し、また、暑くなるとつける、を繰り返さないといけない

Excellent located Hotel with a touch of extravagance, comfort and amazing promotional deal.
Pros:

Excellent hotel, matching Marriott reputation! very friendly and helpful staff at reception - highly commendable Edison Huang.
Location - extremely convenient, right next to transport - bus to Hong Kong airport. Right next to a shopping mall too!
An excellent deal with breakfast and dinner! (+massage). Dinner was amazing: nutritional Chinese soup, baked small lobster and a Hugh range of food and eat all you can oyster….
We’ll go there again anytime!! Thanks.

酒店房間舒適, 整潔, 空間寬敞, 服務員好貼心專人送上水果,由於房間沒有提供兒童拖鞋,提出要求後即時送到房間, 自助晚餐十分豐富而且會不斷添加食物, 水果鮮甜,餐廳服務員好友善,附近商場步行1-2分鐘, 非常方便,步行到地鐵站約8-10分鐘

Pros:

This hotel is incredible. More incredible is the staff. I left my passport inside the taxi that the hotel had reserved and Sam (I think he is the night manager) helped me to find the driver and made him bring it to the airport minutes before the flight was closed. And the breakfast? Out of this world! Thank you all! Will definitely stay there again when back to Shenzhen.

Great for a business trip
Pros:

Spent two nights there for business. Easy checkin, with a small but comfortable room. Restaurant for dinner was great and we used one of the private rooms. Food was excellent. One of the best breakfast buffets I have had, with lots of choice. Staff were friendly and very helpful.

A bad experience

We went there in early July. On that morning, when we were about to check in by using the Mobile App, we saw it was a nice Suite. Then, we checked in right away. As there was a nice bathtub in the suite, we brought some bath bomb (heavy) with us. When we arrived, the staff said we could only stay in a room instead of a suite. I told them we have already used mobile app to check in this morning, how come it suddenly changed to a room instead of a suite? (I am a Titanium member of Bonvoy) The staff insisted that we could only stay in a room even though we have already checked in (mobile app) for a suite on that morning. Anyway, the experience was quite bad. We could stay in a room, but we have already checked in for a suite on that morning, why was there a such change suddenly? We didn't need to bring those heavy bath bombs with us if it was just a small room without any bathtub. Moreover, the Bonvoy points that we received was not accurate. Please leave your email here so that we can contact you and please give us back the accurate Bonvoy points. Thank you.
