Excellent
The stay was fantastic, we have rooms in both Marriott and Courtyard.
We particularly enjoyed the breakfast in the Goji restaurant, we also had buffet dinner there as well which is also very good. Thanks for the wonderful service from the staffs there and in particular Monica Liao who took good care of us.

Nice sea view
Initially felt It is a little off site from city centre. However you can take a hail ride to city centre that takes about 10-15mins with clear traffic and probably 30mins during peak hours.
After staying for a night i totally felt it was a better choice as it is away from the hustling city and heavy traffic!
There is a seaport 5 mins away from the hotel which can connects you direct to the unesco famous gulangyu island. Do check the hours of ferry operations.

The air conditioner is controlled by the hotel staff so you can't adjust the air conditioner in your room so when you order this hotel you might feel hot in your room otherwise the crew and the room facilities are amazing the room is beautiful and clean so is the shower so good and powered
Location was very good. Need more staff that understands English. We enjoyed our stay at the Marriott. Also had an excellent housekeeper that took care of our room in 22nd floor Mr. Li — his work was very good!
We booked two rooms with relatives, both were upgraded to high floor with full ocean view. The famous island can be seen from the rooms when the weather was nice. Their club lounge provided good food during happy hours in early evening. Breakfasts at the restaurant were variety with additional options of local specialty. This hotel, however, is a little bit far from the city center.
Muy buen hotel
The staff there was polite and helpful. What I don't like is how booking.com arrangement. When I arrived , I was informed my booking wasn't in thier system. I was damn tired and have to wait until they arrange the room for me. I was checked in to the room and they verified my card while they checking my reservation with booking.com
I was so shocked when my bill turn out RM965.80 instead of RM804 as I book earlier with booking.com
If your portal unable to handle my booking , please inform me before I took the hassle take a taxi to the hotel. I am really disappointed with what was happened. Just felt been cheated by booking.com

Like the location and tge view.
Dislike the bell service. They didn't want to help us to get a taxi to the airport. Just wanted us to take a hotel car that costs 4 times that of a business van.
Hotel breakfast area and bar was not adequately heated.
This hotel was next to Metro line #2 Haicang Business District. Luxuriously decorated Lobby and suite. Marriott titanium members received a room upgrade to a sea view suite which has splendid sea view. Club lounge happy hour each day provided a combination of local and western cuisines. There were two pools, one of which was located exterior garden on the 4th floor and the other one was indoor heated. Staffs were accommodating.
