部屋の中に小蠅が数匹飛んでいて、不快かつ不衛生だった。
早朝出発で朝食が食べられないにも関わらず、次回利用可能なクーポン等の提供が無かった。
早朝のプールへ行く道に虫が多くいて、不快だった。
冷蔵庫にの無料ドリンクはゼロカロリーの物が欲しかった。
日本語対応スタッフが居て欲しかった。
ホテル内サービスで、その馬でカード払いだったり、部屋付けだったり、どちらかに統一して無いので、払ったか払わなかったか、分かりにくかった。
部屋のテレビのリモコン反応が遅く、また紹介コンテンツ・アクティビティも貧弱であった。
そう安い部屋では無かったはずだが、部屋からの眺望は全く無かった。
Pekný, moderný rezort. Výborné služby, priestraná izba a skvelé raňajky.
V izbách bol trochu hluk z vedľajších izieb a chodby. Televízor sa svojvolne zapínal aj v noci.

女性2人の滞在でしたので、メイクアップルームがしっかり備えられていたのが素敵でした。大きな鏡と明るい照明がありお化粧しやすかったです。お風呂も海が見えてバスタブつきで、リラックスできました。
また、入口からロビーに続く廊下は高級感溢れる造りで、素晴らしいホテルでした。

The entrance walk to the lobby is breathtaking as is the lobby. The room was extremely nice for the price and the breakfast buffet was exceptional

The breakfast buffet is amazing. The hotel is well kept. The toilets are super clean. Lobby, room, pool. It’s what you would expect for a 5 star premium hotel. Loved it! The staff are friendly and greet you with a smile every day.
Not much to dislike in this hotel. It was such a beautiful hotel!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Meru! The property is stunning and the staff very helpful. Breakfast was excellent and the spa was very relaxing. The rooms were huge and well equipped.
Small improvements could be adding entertainment for guests at night, more shade around the pool as we were repeatedly told to put down the umbrellas due to the wind and improving the quality of the children’s meals at the restaurant.
The service from staff was very good and we liked the coffee machine.
The amazing selection of food for breakfast.
The pillows were uncomfortable. They appeared very fluffy at first but once you lie on them they go rock hard.
The floors in room 3322 were very creaky and in need of maintenance. We much preferred the garden view room and layout from our last stay in May ‘25.
The couples massage we had in your beautiful wellness centre was very ordinary.
