Everything is just beautifully done without being too much, the compound is not that huge that you can get lost, pool is one huge, simple and beautifully done. The location is quiet and comfortable even though its exactly along sanur beach with many cafes around, room is filled abundantly with all the necessary amenities with Sensatia body products, the suite is clean and aesthetic, staff is wonderful, you can ask for extra amenities like mineral water. Breakfast is good, fresh juice is available, the egg station provides whatever preference you like, its sourdough egg truffle is delicious. Lastly for runners, its the perfect spot for early runs along sanur beach and its complex with no Stray dogs👌

Generally the staff were very helpful and friendly and the Restaurants were good, especially for my husband who is coeliac, although the room service meal was not nearly as good.
Unfortunately we had several issues with our room, including irons causing two separate blackouts and a broken light flashing through the night which disturbed our sleep. The construction of the medical centre next door was extremely loud throughout the night and would have been good to know that was happening.

Everything. From the amazing arrival, exceptional lobby design and customer service from the moment we arrived, to the moment we left. Very good facilities, gym, pools and restaurants - breakfast selection was one of the best we have experienced. Calm and clean. The onsite spa is extremely high quality. Great location & clean well maintained beach and surrounding areas.
Overall this is well worth the money.

The location was great, The room was spacious, The Bar and Spa were also very good. The Meru pool was amazing.
The lounges were uncomfortable, You couldn't enjoy the view when sitting, if the balconies were glass this would have helped. The TV didn't allow for streaming.

The rooms at The Meru are spacious and beautifully appointed. The pool is huge, and never too crowded. The staff were warm and friendly, and couldn't do enough to help. And breakfast is an event, with food stations from around the world, there is so much to choose from! The beach and all of the associated activity is literally outside of the resort, an easy stroll to anything you want or need. A wonderful stay.

Le seul point négatif concerne les deux piscines. L'une d'elles est partagée avec le Beach Hotel et bénéficie d'un meilleur emplacement, ce qui la rend souvent plus fréquentée.
