Pros:

La vue de la chambre et une belle salle de restaurant mais.....
Le personnel à l'accueil très compétente et serviable

Cons:

Toutes les parties communes étaient sales et poussiéreuses avec des bannettes de linge qui traînaient dans les couloirs
Ascenseur en panne
Vestiaire de la piscines en bordel et pas nettoyer
Le petit-déjeuner est très long avant d'être servi et impossible d'avoir un petit café noir le personnel en salle n'a pas été très avenant et pour le restaurant ne pas prendre la demi-pension car très très limité dans le choix des plats
Dans la chambre la salle de bain est complètement à refaire

Am avut rezervare la acest hotel, dar din pacate nu ne-am mai putut caza deoarece hotelul a intrat in renovare. Personalul a fost foarte amabil si ne-a oferit cazare la un alt hotel, Double Tree By Hilton. Conditiile au fost excelente. Am primit acelasi tip de camera cu balcon si mic dejun inclus asa cum era rezervarea initiala. Multumim Sunsan Hotel si Double Tree By Hilton pentru sejurul minunat.

Nu au existat probleme.

Понравилось абсолютно всё! Включая и то, что на второй день из 4-х, которые мы здесь должны были провести, случился лесной пожар и любезный персонал отеля самостоятельно и без потерь собрал наши вещи и переселил нас в ХИЛТОН)) Хотя в Хилтоне не было такого балкона, вида на Дарданеллы, своего пляжа... В общем, с одной стороны Хилтон, а с другой - мы проиграли не оставшись здесь! Но это только для ценителей "я и природа")

Cons:

Был запах канализации в ванной, но это всегда лечится доливом воды в общий сток ванной комнаты, который обычно пересыхает. Если найти этот сток, а ещё и стакан воды - проблем нет))

Pros:

Най-много ни хареса разположението на хотела до морето и удобният достъп до плажа, както и красивият изглед от стаята.

Cons:

Сред недостатъците беше закуската – една и съща всеки ден, само турски чай, без сокове или газирани напитки. На втория ден в хотела се проведе сватба, чиито шумове продължиха през цялата нощ и ни попречиха да спим. Освен това климатика в стаята се развали; персоналът предложи да ни преместят в друга стая, но не искахме да се местим

Поради извънредната ситуация с пожарите в района,ни предложиха ,ако не дойде газта да ни преместят в друг хотел.Но всичко се подреди и беше О.К

Locația foarte frumoasă, pe plajă, cu magazine și restaurante în apropiere.
Camerele mari și curate, cu vedere la mare. Micul dejun bun și variat.
Angajații de la recepție și de la restaurant, foarte profesioniști și amabili.

Pros:

La ubicación del hotel y el restaurante, con una terraza espectacular mirando al mar. Es un hotel muy cómodo. La piscina está muy bien para darse un chapuzón mirando al mar

Cons:

La grifería de la ducha y la mampara están muy deterioradas. Falta mantenimiento. El aire acondicionado de la habitación no funcionaba

Umarım tekrar gitmek zorunda kalmam.
Pros:

Girişte bir bilgilendirme yapılmadı, en basitinden kahvaltı saati dahi söylenmedi. Saati duvara yazmalarına güvendiler sanırım ama diğer bilgiler için çaba göstermeniz gerekiyor. Mutfak oldukça yavaştı gün içerisinde siparişlerimiz çok geç geldi. Ücretler de pahalı geldi, bölgede pek tesis yoktu sanırım bu etkili. Kahvaltı yavaş geldi ve hep aynı geldi hiç değişiklik yoktu. Roof bar kısmı dedikleri hiç açılmadı. Sadece personellerin biz dahil kimseye saygısızlık yaptığını görmedim tek iyi yanı buydu. Ama tekrar gelmeyi düşünmüyorum ve sizin acentanızın böyle bir tesisle çalışması bana diğer konaklamalarımda olumsuz fikir oluşturacak ve sizi tercih etmemize mani olacaktır.

A little maintenance would go a long way to lift a hotel worthy of more recognition.
Pros:

The room was very clean albeit a little tired. The view to the Dardanelles was uninterrupted and enjoyable. The breakfast was one of the best that we’ve had in Türkiye over many trips and enjoyed in a very pleasant dining room.

Cons:

The lift did not work, so we had to carry our bags to the room. I could not secure our balcony door as the handle had been removed from the rear of the door.
