Cons:

Leider werden in dem Haus zuviele chemische Putzmittel verwendet. Es riecht eigentlich überall - vor allem im Zimmer nach Reinigungsmittel.

Schnell und gut erreichbar von der Autobahn. Preis Leistung passte

Das mit den Parkplätzen war eine Katastrophe. Überall stand „nur für rewe kunden, max 1h parkdauer sonst wird abgeschleppt“ oder „firmenparkplatz privateigentum“ etc. Die Kellnerin drinnen wies uns sehr forsch und herablassend darauf hin, dass wir natürlich auf dem Rewe Parkplatz stehen können????? Als würde ich riechen können, dass man da als Gast über Nacht stehen darf??? Konnte deshalb aber trotzdem nicht ganz gut schlafen, weil das für mich kein beruhigendes Gefühl war auf einem Parkplatz einer anderen Firma über Nacht zu stehen

Geen verlichting in de hal. De badkamer was niet gepoetst en zelf met een natte handdoek de badkamer deur afgepoetst omdat er een substantie aan kleefde. Alles wat gemonteerd was met pluggen stak half uit de muur. Een van de twee enkelglas ramen kon niet geheel gesloten worden. Geen zeep aanwezig. Bedsprei vol met vlekken. Knop van thermostaat ontbrak. Maar het ergst komt nog. Na mezelf te hebben geïnstalleerd met laptop aan bureau komt er een weeïge geur tegemoet. Ik kijk in de afvalemmer en daar blijken (gebruikte) luiers in te liggen. Dit gemeld bij de receptie, incl. het ontbreken van zeep met als antwoord dat men zou langskomen. Niemand gezien en uiteindelijk de afvalemmer op de gang gezet en zeep gehaald bij de supermarkt om de hoek.

Lage ist top. Late check out wurde auch gewährt. Personal war bemüht.Essen im Restaurant ist lecker.

Cons:

TV hat nicht funktioniert trotz 2 maligem bescheid geben. Internet wurde uns nicht erklärt, erst am 2. Abend hat man uns aufgeklärt. Im Zimmer waren Dokumente von einem Gast vor uns (wurde nicht richtig geputzt) das Fenster im Zimmer unserer Freunde ließ sich nicht schließen was im Winter jetzt nicht so toll ist, im Badezimmer Wackelkontakt am Licht, hat die ganze zeit geflackert, obwohl wir die rezeption informiert hatten wurde nichts unternommen, hätte mir gewünscht das man uns in irgendeiner art entgegenkommt (gutschein oder rabbat etc.). Es war mal ein gutes Hotel mit hohem Level an Service, schade das es leider abgenommen hat.

Je n'y retournerai pas
Pros:

Personnel qui ne parle que allemand. Chambre surchauffée. Pas d’eclairage décent dans la chambre, pour travailler ou lire. Pas d’eau chaude pour la douche matinale. Petit déjeuner réchauffé : pain décongelé et œufs brouillé préparé la veille.
