Great location. Nice staff. Good value.
Pros:

Our first hotel stay in Tokyo. Really good location for the Ginza district. Even though it is in or next to the central district, it isn't too noisy at night. Easy access to public transport. Staff, as per most Japanese hotels, are great. Relaxing space on 2nd/3rd floor was pretty cool and included an area where you could do basic meal prep if you wanted - microwave and induction cooktop. Lacking cutlery I noticed.

Cons:

We had a king or super king bed in our room, which was nice, but there wasn't much room to move around it. Great bed though!

Pros:

Ubicación espectacular, con conexión cómoda a todo. El personal super amable, el desayuno muy bueno. La habitación limpia y con espacio, el hotel es una joyita.

Mixed: slick design and great service / far from public transport and disappointing gym
Pros:

Slick design and friendly service, for example to leave our luggage. Rooms are well equipped, and the feel is luxurious.

Cons:

Rooms felt a bit cramped, not quite the upscale I had expected from the story. Gym facilities are disappointing. Location is good for stores but less convenient for public transport

המלון ממוקם במיקום מעולה במרכז גינזה (קרוב מאוד ליוניקלו) וקיבלנו שירות נהדר מצוות המלון. החדרים היו נקיים ונוקו כל יום. המיטה שלנו היתה ענקית ולכן החדר היה טיפה צפוף ולא היה הרבה מקום למזוודות גדולות. אבל סכה מומלץ מאוד. מרחק הליכה לשוק צוקיגי, מתחת למלון יש חנויות נוחות.

אין כל כך מקום למזוודות, אבל ככה זה ברוב המלונות ביפן

Loved it. Will stay again. Staff so friendly and ameniable.
Pros:

Superior rooms are excellent. Very roomy and the hotel is so clean. perfect location. I stayed there many times - 4 times altogether. Will stay again.

Great hotel in Ginza
Pros:

The hotel has a great location in Ginza, very easy access to go around. The hotel is very clean, rooms are small but like typical for Tokyo . Very clean and nicely decorated, our room was so quiet and we had comfortable sleeping

Hotel luxury feeling, good location for moving in Tokio, clean, good service. Good for shopping and walking location

Cons:

It is in an expensive neighbourhood, so not many options for having food at reasonable prices close to the hotel.

Pros:

The location is superb. Surprisingly quiet area and peaceful.

Cons:

There’re so many dirt in my room. From the window frame, door handles, keys holder etc. There’s some stain on the wall which welcome me on the first day but since I informed the reception staff, the day after it was cleaned.

Very convenient and comfy stay
Pros:

Complimentary water bottles and nice modern hotel in a very convenient location close to uniqlo, don quijote, ginza 6, mitsukoshi etc

Cons:

There were only 2 sets of washing machine/ dryers. Had to wait in line for others to finish.
