Location is amazing. Stylish hotel, quiet, comfortable beds.
Although breakfast was good, when we asked for an extra half of avocado, surprisingly we are asked that this is extra cost ( could not tell though how much). Left luggage at the reception, but somehow mixed up with other guests, luckily all sorted

Скудный завтрак с намеком на пафос в хмуром месте. Абсолютно хамский бармен в лобби. Если вам при заселении предложат ваучер на welcome drink, лучше его сразу вбросить... ну или все же выпить тело колы из пластикового стаканчика под презрительным взглядом указанного бармена)))
The location is in the middle of Ginza - it's perfect for shoppers. It is also close to the Ginza line and other subway lines so quite easy to move around from here. The vibe is really nice and the hotel feels cozy. The bed was big and cosy as well which is a plus for Tokyo hotels! The ladies at the reception gave us a warm welcome. The area near the lifts smelled really nice!
Everything was good! I wish the bar was open a little longer but I think its normal for Tokyo.
Location was excellent, walking distance to great places to eat and shop. Staff were very friendly and spoke excellent English and were very helpful. Ice machine and laundry room were great too.
Room was too close to the lifts and people were inconsiderate, talking really loudly while walking along the corridor and while they were waiting for the lifts at 7am! Got woken up by inconsiderate guests who don’t know how to use their ‘indoor voices’. Wish the rooms had better soundproofing.
The location was perfect! Close to everything in Ginza and within easy walking distance to the train station. Quiet street. Staff were super helpful and there was a nice lounge to hang out it before check in.
