Overall, very good, can pay for upgrade and early check in

On the Ginza near several Metro stations. In the action.
Pros:

Stayed here now three times, always in the corner room. Tons of space. Excellent bathroom, especially the shower. And selection of pillows.

Cons:

Would have liked a higher room. Next time

The hotel is very stylish and well decorated.

Cons:

It’s extremely expensive for what if offers. The hotel is in a central location in Ginza but not that close to any of the subway stations. There are not many optiona to dine nearby as Ginza is more of a shopping district but my main complain is the price of the room as it was the smallest we had in our entire trip to Japan and double the price of any other hotel we stayed in, also no breakfast included.

Great part of town
Pros:

Lounge area for a drink. Especially enjoyed area with vinyl records. Would be good to have some music. Liked the block out sliding doors.

Cons:

The hotel is adjacent to another building. This means that half of the rooms have no light coming in from the window at all. At our request, the room was changed to a room on the other side. Thanks to the staff.
