Very disappointed
Pros:

This time honestly nothing

Cons:

I am a regular customer and visit this property almost every month. Unfortunately, my recent stay was very disappointing.

1. I stayed for 6 days, and my room was cleaned only once, despite requesting housekeeping at the reception.
2. I requested an iron, but it was provided only after 3 days, with the explanation that it was not readily available.
3. The two staff members on duty during the night shift on 22nd July (around 10:00 PM) were unwelcoming and appeared rude. One was an older man, and the other seemed to be a younger, inexperienced staff member who did not appear to know how to handle guest requests. I would strongly suggest reviewing this with other guests as well.
4. The sauna was marked as “out of service,” yet I noticed some people using it. This created confusion, and overall, the sauna experience was very poor.
5. The jacuzzi was closed during my stay. Even if the water temperature cannot be maintained at a higher level, it would still be better to keep it open with cooler water rather than closing it entirely.

Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. I paid over €1,650 for this stay, and the level of service did not meet expectations. I intend to escalate this matter to higher management.

Отличный отель прямо у ледового дворца, недалеко остановка трамвая и ЖД станция. Хороший завтрак. Отличное место для любителей поездов - они постоянно проходят, но шумоизоляция такая, что их звук не мешает спать. Поэтому тут можно поселиться надолго, если бюджет позволяет. Насладиться звуком и видом поездов можно на террасе бара или ресторана. В здании магазин, добраться куда угодно можно на трамвае или поезде. Номер просторный, есть уютный зеленый диван.

Cons:

На завтраке не было овсяной каши.

keine Einweisung für die esh erhalten über nacht abgeschleppt Parkgebühren von 29 je tag kassiert und zusätzlich durfte man noch 650 fürs abschleppen bezahlen vielen dank für das tolle Geschenk
