Notre séjour a été gâché par une mauvaise surprise : ma carte a été débitée deux fois et j’attends toujours le remboursement…
D’autre part nous n’avons pas été informés au check in qu’il fallait demander le nettoyage de notre chambre on a donc eu la surprise de découvrir qu’elle n’avait pas été faite à notre retour, où est la pancarte de nettoyage ?

Wie immer schneller checkout und freundliches Personal. Zimmer sauber

Cons:

Wieder mal Leute im Spa / in der Sauna. Erst Leute die Laut in der gegend rumgrölen, ihre Becher in der Sauna lassen etc.
Dann Leute die ihr Kind (ca. 10 Jahre) mit dem Tablet ohne Kopfhörer im Ruheraum parken um dann mit Kleidern/Unterwäsche in die Saunen zu gehen.
Zu guter letzt eine weitere Frau die sich im Badeanzug ins Dampfbad setzte. Ich weiss ja nicht, das gleiche war bei meinen letzten Aufenthalten so. Falls man partout kein Personal dafür einstellen möchte sollte man die Ausländisches Gäste doch zumindest drauf hinweisen dass die Sauna ein Textilfreier Raum ist und Kinder mit Tablet dort nichts verloren haben.

Buen hotel ,muy moderno ,limpio ,delante de la estacion tren ,supermercado a la puerta del hotel,tiene parking de pago ,spa gratis( los niños a partir de los 16 años tienen acceso ),gente muy amable,tiene restaurante ,esta alejado del centro ,aqui no dan la tarjeta gratuita del transporte
Muy recomendable.

Good hotel but issues with gym noise
Cons:

Our group were given lovely rooms on the 3rd floor but we all had to change rooms because the gym was on the 4th floor above us (not on the basement or ground level like many gym facilities).

A lot of people were using the gym - a group of people had apparently booked in together and were enquiring about the gym - and the noise from the weights and/or things being thrown around was unbearable and non-stop for two days.

Reception were very helpful and efficient in changing us to quiet rooms but nobody ever came back to us to explain what the noise was, and we had to complain via whatsapp messages as nobody picks up the phone. It seems they might be under-staffed. There’s absolutely nothing wrong with the hotel but don’t get a room on the 3rd floor if a lot of people want to thrown things around in the gym at the same time!

Ottimo qualità prezzo a Zurigo; freddo da stare male nelle camere

Vicinanza alla stazione per Zurigo; colazione; palestra; spa

Cons:

In camera non si può regolare l’aria condizionata che era talmente fredda da stare male.
In 3 ne siamo usciti con il raffreddore, peggiorando purtroppo il resto della vacanza.
Alla richiesta di abbassarla mi hanno risposto di no e che nel caso mi potevano dare una stufa?!
Aria condizionata e stufa?! Mah
