Pros:

Amazing staff very friendly and just really perfect, made the arrival that much welcoming!! Spa area was well made and worth the visit.

Cons:

The room didnt have a water heater which i would expect in this price range and it could have been cleaner. Wellness area could have been a bit cleaner too.

Convenient, fairly priced, good staff
Pros:

Perfectly located for events at the Swiss life arena nearby and a very short walk to train station for access to the city.

Clean comfortable general areas and rooms & staff were all polite, pleasant and helpful

Cons:

Issue upon check in where they said we’d cancelled our booking despite having paid in advance and the booking still live on this website, however quickly resolved and dealt with along with no further issues despite the hotel being full.

Wasn’t able to use wellness facilities at convenient times due to them being reserved for a sports team staying and using the facilities however the available times and restrictions were well communicated and explained.

Hat gepasst - bei mehreren Nächten für uns zu teuer

Parkplatz direkt beim Hotel. Nähe zur Swiss Life Arena. Freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Im Zimmer hatte es keinen Tresor. Das Licht im Badezimmer war sehr "schwach".
Der Preis für ein Doppelzimmer mit Frühstück und Parkplatz in Höhe von fast 440.00 CHF finde ich etwas teuer...ist aber vermutlich aufgrund der Hockey-WM so hoch.

Pros:

wir waren angereist für die Eishockey WM. Perfekte Lage, alles bestens. Nettes Personal.
Vielleicht einzig in der Bar wurde es etwas Chaotisch da doch viele Hockey-Fans auch dort waren. Grundsätzlich alles ok und Getränke gibts zu Not ja im Coop gleich nebenan.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut und reichhaltig.
Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Eine Minibar/Kühlschrank auf den Zimmern würde den sehr guten Gesamteindruck noch einmal verstärken.
