My Christmas Stay in Urban H
Pros:

Superb Hospitality, especiall, Lina at Front Office, Housekeeping Staff and Uncle Guard truly awesome!

Cons:

Waiting tine for lift - understand its shared
In-house convenience store at least up to 12 midnight.
In the Room leaking at the window due to heavh rain . Be mindful of this.

Not bad, but I may consider other hotels next time.
Pros:

1. The room is not very spacious but is minimalist and refreshing.
2. The flooring is made of a material similar to synthetic wood, which is less prone to scratches and much better than old, worn-out carpets that might feel unpleasant.
3. Basic toiletries and a hairdryer are also provided.
4. It is close to the attractions and restaurants we want to visit. The drive is mostly about 5-15 minutes, depending on the traffic.
5. The café on Level G has good food and excellent service. I particularly enjoyed their Hokkien spaghetti. By the way, this café is not part of the hotel; it operates independently. However, they offer a small discount to hotel guests if I remember correctly.

Cons:

1. We stayed in a room on the second floor, and we could hear the sound of cars and motorcycles passing by on the road. There was also noise from the garbage truck in the middle of the night, which affected our rest.
2. This is a hotel located in an office building, and the hotel shares the same elevators with others. In the morning, close to 9 AM, many office workers use the elevators, which greatly affects the guests, especially since I was with a stroller. Although I could use the stairs, it was inconvenient, so I had to wait nearly 10 minutes for the elevator just to go down from Level 2 to Level G.
3. The worst part, however, was the strong smell of the plumbing in the bathroom, which significantly affected the overall comfort.

Affordable, convenient location, friendly staff, functional albeit not-soundproof rooms.
Pros:

Urban H Hotel offers great value with clean rooms, friendly staff, and a prime location.

Staff were fantastic - they changed room for me when I feedback that the air conditioning was not working.

Cons:

I don’t expect the walls to be fully sound proof, given the price point.

However, oftentimes the sound of doors slamming adversely affected my sleep. One of the nights, there was a group who checked in at midnight… omg the noise was relentless!

Urban H Hotel may want to look into door felt pads or strips to soften the noise.

Pros:

the room is clean and the bed is comfortable. Everything is great value for money. Room is very spacious.

A mixed bag

The cafe downstairs offered good variety and service was good

Cons:

We opted for a 2 bedroom apartment thinking there would be a common
Living area. The kitchenette was poorly stocked , living area was cramped and dingy.

We enjoy to the at the hotel, but may the management can afford the room in the high floor.
Pros:

I like the room layout, and the hotel location is in the quite place, but still easy to go to the downtown.

Cons:

The room located at the first floor, then we can't see the view of the George Town city.

Pros:

The location is great.

Cons:

Gym is outdated and useless. Rooms lacks an element of comfort (ie. comfy chairs to sit in). The elevators are shared with an office building so you often have to wait a long time as they are always full.
