Brand new, spacious accommodation located 5 min walk from the train station.
Pros:

It’s a brand new spacious property located 5 minutes walk from the train station. It was a very good and caring touch when I found some stash of food and snacks upon arrival after the 12 hour travel day.

Nice place to stay, confirm check in procedure ahead of time
Pros:

The Suite was very nice, lovely view of the courtyard.

Cons:

It advertised that it had air conditioning, but it was really just a cooling fan. And there were no windows to open - just doors to the courtyard so we couldn’t leave them open. The check in was a little confusing- you have to the cafe, but the folks there weren’t sure what room we were in and the keys didn’t work well on some of the doors.

Pros:

Place was decent, clean, equipment was cheap and spartan. Parking in a completely different block. Front desk/check-in was a bit of a mess, it was in a coffee shop, one guy told me he didnt know anything and appeared to just want me to leave, another girl spent 20 minutes trying to get someone on the phone to figure out where the key was. Given the cost of the place, I was expecting something a bot more organised, with less waiting.

BEST PLACE to be if you’re moving to CH
Pros:

I’ve moved to CH and lived at Gubelhod Suites for 3.5 mths. The reason I gave 5 stars is simple: SERVICE and LOCATION. I could count on the spetacular attendance from Johanna that has always reacted quickly to my doubts and requests. Besides, you are too close to train station, mall, supermarketS, restaurants and the LAKE. At last, the apartment was very functional, nice and the weekly cleaning makes a lot of difference.

Pros:

Property lived up to the expectations. Walkable distance to all the shops and to the lake. Apartment was extremely cozy and comfortable. This is my second time staying here and will continue to book here in the future.

Optimal location for short and medium stays

Modern, clean, and functional room that exceeded our expectations. The central location is perfect, just a few minutes' walk from the station, making it very convenient. The owners are extremely polite and always happy to support with any requests or information. Their hospitality made our stay very pleasant. I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

Pros:

All round great experience. Friendly on the phone and helpful. Nice to get a last minute booking. Once at the apartment it was as seen in the pictures: stylish, cozy, warm, and made you feel at home. All the amenities were there and working. Will go back next time I am in Zug!
