It was very close to stores and it looked very nice in the lobby.
The room I was in had roaches. There was boric acid on each side of the fridge. I noticed this bc I saw a roach crawling up the wall by the refrigerator. I got closer and I saw the boric acid.
It was ok what I needed
The room smell really bad
Upon my check-in, the price I was charged was not the price given to me online. The associate did not know why or how to fix the problem. They were less than helpful and unbothered by it. I learned from the manager later that there's a pet fee I was charged even though I expressly told the associate I didn't have a pet when they asked. Apparently, they did not know how to remove the charge properly. Secondly, the guests directly above me had kids that they allowed to run, jump and drag chairs across the floor til all hours of the early morning. When I called the front desk to complain, they were again less than helpful in curbing the behavior and it continued on my second night. After my second call that night, once the kids calmed down it was apparent the "parents" were going to continue making nuisances of themselves and kept the racket up overhead into the early hours of the morning. I was booked for a week but immediately checked out and demanded my refund the following morning. Part of their job as hospitality is to ensure every guest's basic needs, at the least. I was paying too much money for this simple request not to be met. Unruly and rude guests should have to comply or be asked to leave public spaces.

What breakfast? That was a total disappointment. The only thing was available was coffee and overpriced vending machines in which I didn't partake in.

Smelling foods everywhere and the bed was to high,old furnitures ,the elevator can’t work properly and the front desk wasn’t there for 45mins I have to wait for 45mins to check in and nobody answered even the phone
You had to call the number at the desk to get someone there in order to check in. The window was closed.

I like that the studio was bigger than I expected, even the bathroom was bigger than I expected, it was clean. What top it off It had a big refrigerator and an electric stove. I was very satisfied, I wish I stayed more than one night. I would stay again if I have to travel out there for whatever reason.
