Pros:

El hotel está muy bien. La chica joven que atendía recepción al hacer el check-in no parecía muy profesional. Por suerte, salió otra mujer y todo fue bien. El desayuno, delicioso. La piscina muy bien. La ubicación es ideal. La habitación es grande y cómoda. Repetiría.

You can not change your reservation dates
Pros:

I had to leave the hotel 1 day earlier than planned. But Hotel did not refund the money back.

So you should not go for payment. let them wait until your check out
