были некие проблемы с кондиционером, которые оперативно решили. персонал очень дружелюбный. было ощущение, что мы в гостевом доме. так уютно. большая ванная, глубокий бассейн с постоянным доступом, очень тихое место

был номер с очень твердым матрасом на кровати. но это не испортило наш отдых

Pros:

Me and my wife had an amazing time here. It is an amazing location for some peace and quiet but also central enough to get to Hoi An Oldtown in less than 20 minutes on the bicycle that you rent or shorter with the motorbike same for getting to the beach. The Hotel also invited to chill there with the pool, beautiful room and good restaurants with choices of western food as well as local options. Tim and Lin are running an amazing place there and all the staff were kind and helpful.

If I could give this place 20 stars I would. The most fantastic place in the world. We loved it! Tim and the rest of the staff were brilliant. We felt absolutely at home but also in luxury. It had everything we needed and was quiet. It was just perfect luxury especially for the fabulous price. We even booked an extra night. Already talking about when we are coming back with some family. Just amazing 100 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Bà chủ ạ, thay cái điều hoà đi. Chắc 30 năm rồi

Nói cho công bằng vị trí khá ổn. Tầng trên khá sạch sẽ thoáng mát.

Cons:

Nhà này khá cũ, phòng ốc lâu chưa bảo trì. Phòng ở tầng 1 cực kỳ tệ. Cửa sổ sập sệ. Máy lạnh đã hết thời hạn sử dụng vẫn chưa vứt, ko làm lạnh đc, cục nóng thì đặt sau tường nhảy rầm rầm suốt buổi chiều. Ga trải giường bẩn và gây ngứa. Nền nhà bẩn. Rèm cũ và bẩn...
Nhân viên phục vụ thì cứ ngáo ngáo kiểu gì. Nói rất nhiều. Cứ xộc xộc thẳng vào phòng, rồi nói chĩa chĩa cái mồm vào khách, rất khó chịu.
Và cái giá là mức khá cao chứ ko phải là thấp nhưng nhận được chất lượng rất thấp.

Takiego klimatycznego miejsca właśnie szukałem

Bardzo klimatyczny budynek z dala od zgiełku Hoi An nad samą rzeką co tworzy naprawdę magiczne połączenie. Bardzo serdeczni i pomocni w każdej! kwestii właściciele aż chciało by się tam zostać. Pyszne jedzenie i kawa :) Nie jest to 5 * hotel ale tego właśnie oczekiwałem od tego miejsca. Miejsce wymaga dużo miłości ale właściciel stale nad tym pracuje i idzie w dobrym kierunku. Pozdrawiamy i mam nadzieję że do zobaczenia wkrótce.

Và có nhắn tin thông báo cho chổ nghỉ cho cả gia đình từ Sài gòn ra. Chúng tôi cố gắng chạy nhanh nhất để tới chổ nghỉ. Nhưng ra tới thì chổ nghỉ tự động và cố tình hũy phòng và cho người khác thuê. Khiến chúng tôi phải lòng vòng cả đêm ra đà nẳng tìm phòng. Trong khi cả gia đình có tới 4 em bé
