Great experience
Good
Stayed there with friends for 3 nights , it's a average three star property. Well maintained , worth the price. Location is also comfortable , not far from centre and tourists destination. Breakfast quality is good , however spread should be more
We made a booking for the group of 34 pax for 5 Nights in November 2019. The hotel is very clean, comfortable beds, perfect location & reasonable at cost. Staff is Good specially the receptionist Names Tayyab & their GM Gourban. They have to improve a lot on their breakfast menu rest all is FINE.
We are stay 3 days.and we will happy jn this hotel.personal friendly.breakfast very speacilly. One day we late to breakfast time.no manager of hotel given to us free breakfast.thanks for all to collective Emerald suite hotel.
This hotel is the meaning of hospitality. Don’t mind the other reviews. The people working in this hotel will make you feel like home and there absolutely no rudeness. Big smile and best service!!
Specially Tayyeb. Ask for him he is a real brother
Booked this hotel for June 2020 via booking.com and have a confirmed booking. Despite this I have received an email from the hotel telling me that they have underpriced it and the price has changed......to four times the amount. They have hiked their prices for the euros and are disgustingly planning on not honouring bookings that have already been made. I’d advise anyone to cancel as you risk turning up and being charged whatever they fancy. So unprofessional. I have reported them to booking.com in the hope they remove them from their website.
I asked for a bottle of water since it wasn't provided by housekeeping cause they didn't show up to clean my room for 2 nights out of 5 nights stay...
reason why ? why did I sleep whole day ...hehe !
obviously no 24hrs housekeeping....put it in mind !
so I called the rude guy receptionist ( he sold them to me ) had to pay once I checked out ...
My point is, if you don't care about the service and profession in hotels, then it would be the place for you.
Had a nice stay but forgot my phone chargers at check out ........staff could not locate while as I kept if in room clearly .....please improve staff coordination there seems lack of communication between the staff members ....my Qurban general manager is excellent person .....good luck to you
its very good suite hotel, all things are good , the only problem is, its far from Baku boulevard. for see all things in Baku , you need go there
This hotel is so new, some of the construction is still happening in some areas.. but this is not a bother. As this hotel is so new, there is a lot more they need to learn I guess. NEVER book a room in the street side - you will not sleep - there is 2 major clubs and the people in the streets make a huge noise with cars and music - book a room at the back from start. We had to ask for another room. The floors at the elevator and stairs is still very dusty and some dirty mattresses packed on the floor - a very sore eye. The 2nd elevator just opened yesterday - so from here you dont see the floors. Its much better. They are building a new restaurant at the back side - and I think this is going to be awesome. We were upgraded to an executive suite from night 2 and the room was cleaned but dirty wet towels in bath (as this one has a bath and shower - which is somewhat uncomfortable to get in and out) - and the shower leaked on the floor - the maintenance came to fix, but it still has some leaks. The staff is super friendly and the food from the kitchen is really great. The breakfast is also great. I think in general in Baku the hotel or restaurant staff is allowed to just sit and eat and even sleep in the areas.. which was a bit weird - but when in Rome.. they say. The taxis are quite okey if you have downloaded the map of Baku on google maps you'll get to your destination much better - and screenshots of the place you want to go helps - we used a card from the hotel with address so the taxi drivers figured it out. Baku is a lovely city and the tours we did was amazing. We booked on airarabia.com short holidays (2nd time) and we are very pleased with the service and transport and quality of day trips. The HardRock Cafe is a must visit as you will soon discover a small little village that is amazing when you walk around there. The people are so relaxed and the city and country is super safe. Loved every moment.
The hotel was spotlessly clean and seemed to have been recently refurbished. It wasn’t centrally located so you need to take taxis to go to the city centre but considering the low fare of taxis in buckle which is 4Menat to the city centre being a little bit far doesn’t make a problem for your stay. The staff were All amazing and tried their best to give you a feel at home I remember the name of Hassan the receptionist for example was a true gentleman but it doesn’t mean that that other people are not as sweet as he was I just don’t know their name the bellboy the bartender the manager the cleaner l all amazing and tried their best to give you a feel at home I remember the name of Hassan the receptionist for example was a true gentleman but it doesn’t mean that that other people are not as sweet as he was I just don’t know their name the bellboy the bartender the manager the clean lady all of them they’re really friendly and helpful. The breakfast had an enough choices from margarita pizza to Greek salad to Persian tomato omelette. There are few nightclubs around the hotel which makes it more suitable possibly for the younger generation. They also made some noise at nights but as our room was in the top floor we just had a good time watching young drunk men laughing at midnight
Was on the ground in Baku for 25 hours, so have no idea where the hotel is located... neither did any of the thieving taxi drivers... thieves!
The welcome was warm, the staff so friendly and helpful. I was given a history lesson on the great relations between Ireland and Turkey, who during Ottoman times sent “many potatoes”... it turned out that during the Great Famine of 1848-50, the Ottomans sent 5 shiploads of potatoes for the starving people. They also sent financial aid which was reduced at the request of Queen Victoria to save face.
The hotel does not serve alcohol, you can go across the street to another hotel where we were served at 2am.
My room was big and well equipped, though the bathroom was a little basic.
There is a “must visit” traditional restaurant at a roundabout not far away. Loved it.
Overall, had a great time. Recommended.
The hotel staffs were friendly n willing to go all the way out to help me travel here n there n also to prepare food since i was there during the fasting month to break my fast.
I stayed here for 4 nights and had a pleasant experience. Comfortable, clean, good service. The only minor drawback is the location, which is in a residential neighborhood and a bit far from the metro station. I’d stay here again.
konum ve otel odaları süper
The property and rooms are in great shape. The staff is wonderful. The location is a bit odd, but only a 5 Manat can ride from the Metro. There is almost always a taxi upfront. The area is a bit off the beaten track, but overall a decent experience and good value.
Good 4 star hotel near the metro station and with many clubs nearby. Good breakfast also if I missed expresso coffee. Great assistance by Ulvi Huseynov that helped me also in "agreeing the price" with the taxi to the city centre (many taxi dont have taxameters!)
