Pros:

בקתות נחמדות ממש על חוף הים באיזור היותר רגוע של ארוגם ביי אבל עדיין במרחק הליכה מהכל.
מארחים נחמדים מאוד עזרו בכל מה שצריך. מזגן מעולה, מים חמים עם זרם טוב. אווירה טובה ובטוחה. סנאים וערסלים בחוץ
יש המון מסעדות וחנויות באזור

יש מקום לשיפור בניקיון ובנראות של המקלחת.

Adorei a localização junto à praia.

Cons:

Não é claramente um hotel de 5 estrelas e o booking deveria modificar isso. Preço um bocado elevado para a qualidade que apresentam. Quarto com bichos. O meu quarto não tinha frigorífico e não havia água de oferta (só depois de pedir é que deram e se não tivesse falado com o dono/rececionista ainda as pagava).

We stayed two nights and really enjoyed. It’s right on the beach and has all restaurants and coffee shops nearby.
The beach hut was comfortable and super cute.
Excellent service from staff, very quick laundry service (same day)
Highly recommend

Pros:

Le logement est insolite (dans le bon sens du terme), il est bien équipé et propre. Il se situe littéralement aux pieds de la plage, vous êtes bercés par le bruit des vagues.

Cons:

Un membre du personnel en particulier. Un peu trop intrusif et tendancieux.

Pros:

L’emplacement est incroyable, à l’écart des bars et restos bruyants,
les cabanes très joliment décorées
La mer est délicieuse et les vagues permettent de se baigner et s’amuser

Cons:

L’accueil pas aimable, sauf 1 personne qui essaie de racheter l’accueil froid
Le petit dej non compris
Absence de carte au resto: pas un seul repas pris sur place, prix approximativement donnés et chers. Petit dej à 2500lkr.
L’incompréhension d’une chambre familiale très chère, 2,5 x le prix d´1 double sans aucun intérêt supplémentaire
Le ménage très succinct
Douche devant les toilettes et absence de raclette donc on salit toute la cabane des qu’on prend une douche

Prachtige plek, met heerlijke sapjes en lekker ontbijt.
Pros:

Geweldige locatie op een heel mooi, rustig, idyllisch plekje aan het strand - en toch heel dichtbij alle leuke restaurantjes, surflessen etc.

Pros:

Beliggenhet rett på stranden, rolig område. Hjelpsomt personale, veldig hyggelige.

Cons:

Noe lukt fra bad/toalett. Ikke hel vegg mellom toalett og soverom. Lite drikke/mat å tilby på hotellets restaurant.

Il meglio di Arugam Bay
Pros:

Assolutamente uno dei posti più magici dove abbia mai soggiornato. Semplice, sulla spiaggia, con un bel giardino e il proprio bungalow con veranda e amaca per relax totale. Lo staff fantastico nei nostei confronti e della nostra bambina di 1 anno. Una menzione speciale allo chef Alì, abbiamo sempre cenato in struttura e abbiamo mangiato il pesce migliore e ottimamente cucinato. Inoltre era sempre carino noi e la bimba. Vorremmo tanto tornare un giorno e stare di più

Prachtige idyllische accommodatie. Ligging is direct aan het strand. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Dicht bij de dorpsstraat met restaurantjes en winkeltjes.

Cons:

Er vielen kleine dode rupsjes uit het plafond. De rieten hutjes zijn redelijk gehorig.

Aardig personeel, prijs kwaliteit niet goed
Pros:

Personeel was heel erg behulpzaam. We waren een beetje ziek en ze gingen van alles voor ons halen om beter te worden. Als we ergens over klaagden probeerden ze het op te lossen.

Cons:

Prijs kwaliteit niet goed. Doucheputje zat verstopt en veroorzaakte geur. Badkamer gedateerd en niet heel schoon. Ramen moeten gelapt worden, in het kozijn stof en dode beestjes. De strandbedjes zijn oud en zonder kussen ofzo erop. Niet comfortabel. Kortom, voor dat geld verwacht je meer.

Walking distance from the main road with all the restaurants and shops

It would perhaps have been nice if there was a little bar just for the clients - have sundowners or drinks during the day
