Pros:

El agua caliente no salió mientras me bañe, al pasar mi esposo después de un rato salió el agua caliente pero tuvo que salir mucha cantidad de fría (todo el baño de una persona) para que la siguiente si tuviera agua caliente.

5 noches de hospedaje, nunca tuvimos servicio de TV, cada día se reportó, cuando por fin atendieron, no solo no resolvieron, además nos dejaron sin internet y sin teléfono en la habitación
Demasiado ruido por los demás huéspedes
Los baños bastantes deteriorados, les hace falta mantenimiento y a la habitación en general una buena limpieza de alfombras y sillón.
Falta de servicio por parte de algunas recepcionistas, pésima actitud

Me gusta mucho el hotel desde que lo abrieron, sin embargo, últimamente he notado que las alfombras están muy sucias y la limpieza del cuarto tardan en hacerla, van haciéndola como 3:30pm. El personal muy atentos y serviciales

No nos hospedamos ya que en repetidas ocasiones nos llamaron para decirnos que teníamos que pagar antes de llegar y que si no lo hacíamos antes de las 6pm nos cancelarían la reserva… nos pedían los datos de nuestra tarjeta por teléfono… pero por obvias razones no se los compartimos, nos hemos hospedado en más hoteles del grupo y nunca nos había sucedido eso. Esta vez nos descepcionamos.

Ya había leído otros comentarios con situaciones similares pero queríamos dar la oportunidad, sin embargo no se los recomiendo.

People at desk were pretty bussy chatting, seemed an inconvenience to check in even when we already had a reservation.
They weren't really eally into answering questions or just servicing.

Everyone else was decently nice (kitchen and room service) just perception plummets after the first service is done by the bussy people at the desk.
