Pros:

Das Zimmer ist geräumig und sauber. Es wirkt alles sehr hochwertig in den Zimmern.
Das Felix mit seiner Dachterrasse läd zu einem gemütlichen Abend ein.

Cons:

Das Zimmer hatte keine Klimaanlage, was bei ü35 Grad nicht sehr angenehm war.

Der schönste Blick auf Leipzig
Pros:

Wir hatten ein Apartment mit Aussicht - und die war grandios ! Insgesamt ein perfekter Aufenthalt. Beginnend mit der Lage (direkt an der City, sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung) bis hin zur Ausstattung (großzügiger Sanitärbereich, Sonnenjalousien, Abdunklungsvorhänge, hervorragende Küchenausstattung). Das Highlight für uns: die FELIX-Bar, nur 2 Etagen über uns. Wir haben dort viele Stunden verbracht, die wunderbare Aussicht und den Sonnenuntergang genossen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder !

Cons:

Wir sind mitten in die Hitzewelle geraten (>35 °C); die Klima-Anlage war damit reichlich überfordert. Trotz Einstellung auf 16°C schaffte sie nur 28°C. Es wäre schön gewesen, wenn wir wenigstens nachts hätten durchlüften können - das einzige Fenster, das theoretisch geöffnet hätte werden können, war aber abgeschlossen.

Pros:

Единственным плюсом этого «отеля» это его расположение. Действительно в центре и близко ко всем нуждам.
На этом + заканчиваются, а вот минусов здесь целый вагон.
Категорически не советую! Не тратьте свои деньги.

Cons:

Это не отель, это общага!
Грязь! Паутины! Пауки на кроватью!
Засоренный слив в душе!
Отсутствие кондиционера!
Запах в коридорах, как будто кто-то умер!
Персонал, это вообще сказка - горничные это мужчины из Индии, на ресепшене типа немец по имени Стив, которому вообще похер на вас, у него есть всегда задачи важнее, типа по складывать конверты с чеками или разложить ручки.
Фу!
Категорически не рекомендую!!!

Schön und praktisch eingerichtete Zimmer, leider ohne funktionierende Klimaanlage unzumutbar
Pros:

Das Appartement/Zimmer war sehr modern eingerichtet und es gab auch viel Platz zum Verstauen von Sachen.

Cons:

Es war ein heißes Wochenende und die Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert. Es war unglaublich heiß im Zimmer und wir sind mit Kindern gereist. Leider konnte ich die Temperatur nicht messen, aber es waren sicherlich 30 Grad. Nächtliches Lüften hat auch keine Verbesserung gebracht. Ein kleiner Trost waren zwei Ventilatoren, die wir für eine Nacht bekommen haben und ein Rabatt von 20%.

Mooi ruim appartement.

Cons:

Hadden een upgrade, kregen appartement waar de airco niet werkte en ook de zonwering van de ramen niet. Dit scheen wel bij meerdere appartementen voor te komen. Kregen wel na klacht een ander appartement waar alles wel werkte. Echter airco kreeg ruimte niet meer koel en het was zeer warm. Tip sluit de electrische zonwering I.p.v. de gordijnen net niet helemaal en zwaardere airco.

Super Lage, total zentral. Gute Ausstattung des Studios.

Cons:

Insgesamt vom Service enttäuscht. Während meines Aufenthalts gab es mehrfach unfreundliche bzw. wenig zugewandte Reaktionen des Personals. Nach meiner Abreise habe ich wegen eines vergessenen Kleidungsstücks Kontakt aufgenommen. Mir wurde eine Rückmeldung per E‑Mail zugesagt, die bis heute nicht erfolgt ist. Zusagen nicht einzuhalten und Gäste einfach warten zu lassen, empfinde ich für ein Haus dieser Kategorie als unprofessionell.

Great, centrally-located hotel
Pros:

The room was large, very well-equipped and finished to a high standard. The location of the hotel was fantastic, just 10 minutes from the train station and seconds walk from the main city centre.

Nice place to stay if it's not too hot outside
Pros:

Roomy apartment style with small kitchen, refrigerator, sink, coffee maker, and microwave oven. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, and tables outside on the deck offered a great view of Leipzig. Staff was excellent all around.

Cons:

First room I was given had completely non-working air-conditioner, and they gave me another room. New room's A/C unit was _barely_ adequate (especially given the heat), but the placement of the A/C unit is terrible: it's near the door entrance, while the bed is all the way in the back, so the front area is kind of cool, but the bed area is warm. A fan would have helped move the cool-ish air around.

Guter Aufenthalt mit kleinen Schwächen !
Pros:

Eine optimale Lage mitten in der City.
Nettes Personal an Rezeption und Bar.
Klimaanlage ist vorhanden, aber schwach.
Kaffeekapseln und Teebeutel waren 1x vorhanden.
Kühlschrank und Kochmöglichkeit.

Cons:

Keine Flasche Wasser zur Begrüßung, trotz über 30 Grad.
Zimmerservice erst nach 6 Tagen, ansonsten kostet es extra.
Kein auffüllen der Kaffeekapseln oder Teebeutel, da kein Zimmerservice.
Wozu dann die Geräte ? Wer kauft sich denn Kapseln und kann sie dann zu Hause nicht mehr nutzen !
Kein Schrank, nur offene Kleiderstange.
