clean very friendly staff
nothing I loved everything
Right on the college campus, this property is very quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful.
We booked a suite months prior and at check- in which was an hour after check- in started, we were told our room wasn’t ready. We could wait 30 minutes for them to clean it. The excuse was they had many check-outs that morning and hadn’t gotten to the suites yet.
Cold water for shower at 7:00 am

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel is in a perfect location clean, comfortable, and simply amazing. The staff were outstanding, with a special thanks to Maleeka at reception for being so kind, polite, and helpful. I would definitely return and stay at the same hotel again.

Loved the location being very close to University of Buffalo & The Station; as my trip was mainly to help my daughter settle in at her new campus and apartment. Loved the parking space, cleanliness and staff.
Breakfast options were quite good but repetitive and monotonous. Also, they only clean once a week - bed and vaccum. However, you can request towel change, coffee, tissues and toilet supplies as needed.
When you booked a Fairfield and you think you’re getting a Marriott. Mold growing in the bathroom., no daily housekeeping service. I hem asked about clean towels I was putting them out. Would not recommend
