Nice hotel, comfortable. Staff could be a little bit more friendly and helpful though.

Property was clean and looked nice. Beds were comfortable and room was a decent size. My son very much enjoyed the waterslides, although it kind of seemed like it should’ve had an employee monitoring the area. I would definitely stay here again as the price was pretty good for how nice the hotel was.

Cons:

The staff did their job, but didn’t seem very friendly. Not unfriendly just very much doing their job and that was it. Amenities listed in the room when I booked we’re not all there and when I asked about it, they said some of the things were only included in the deluxe suite despite being listed on the room I booked. We also had no ice bucket in our room and was told we could run down to the front desk to get one if we wanted. I guess I don’t stay in hotels much anymore but back in the day if something was missing from your room they would send someone up with it. I’ll also mention for anyone reading this the fridge in the room does not have a freezer. Normally that’s not an issue for me, but we had a several day stay and bought some frozen items that melted and had to be thrown away.

Pros:

Staff are very welcoming and helpful. Rooms are very spacious and very comfortable (love the bed mattresses). The complimentary breakfast is very good! (Sausages, waffle making station, cereals, yogurts, hashbrowns etc.). I never used the pool but it looks fantastic with the water slides.

Cons:

Minor thing. There was a fire alarm on Sunday June 28 that went off in the morning for several minutes before resolving. Not sure if it's industry standard, but would have appreciated some post-alarm communication into what happened as it was fairly alarming (no pun intended) to wake up to it. No doubt staff handled everything well though so kudos to them for that. No other negatives, it's a great great hotel to stay at.

Excellent. A little noisy with kids running and stomping above us.
Pros:

Breakfast was just OK. Boiled eggs were good but hot omelette very bland.

Cons:

Very difficult to have fresh eggs. I would still use Pomeroy hotels anyway

Het bed was heel comfortabel.

Cons:

Ontbijt was echt slecht. Je moest in de rij aansluiten om iets te kunnen halen en er waren maar een paar tafeltjes. Het brood was bijv. op, niets van fruit, tafeltjes waren vies. Theewater was lauw.
