Disappointing
Cons:

Booked for our dog then placed on the third floor. Breakfast, poor selection, dining room cramped Hotel grossly overpriced.

Pros:

A good range of food available. I had fruit and yoghurt, scrambled eggs and coffee. It's great to have gluten free options

Really nice, budget friendly hotel with a good parking options
Pros:

"Since we were only staying for one night, we were fine with the room size. The beds were comfortable, and the parking was also reasonably priced. We really liked the breakfast as well.

Cons:

The TV could be replaced with a more modern one that supports SVOD services, but this is just a minor detail.

Served its purpose for what we needed which was somewhere to lay our head for the night.
Pros:

Good welcome on arrival. Comfortable bed. Good air con. Basic facilities but Does what it says on the tin. Decent breakfast

Cons:

Expensive for what it is but prices were hiked everywhere due to it being graduation week

Location fine, parking is an extra charge but not too bad for a city
Pros:

Staff were very pleasant and helpful, but seemed to be under a lot of pressure. Location was fine, it served its purpose.

Cons:

Breakfast was very basic, cleanliness in the room wasn't too good - I had to request that two areas were cleaned again but they weren't. We were told that housekeeping were understaffed. I know it was a very busy week in Exeter, but the prices were very high for what we got.

Spacious, well presented & comfortable room with well needed air con. Fabulous location, short walking distance to the City centre and yo the Quay. Perfect.
Breakfast simple but tasty. Dining area quite small so sometimes you have to wait for a table.
