・All lights in the building, including the lobby, hallways, and emergency stairs, will be turned off, and only the emergency lighting will be turned on.
・Elevators are not available.
・If you arrive or return during a power outage, a staff member will guide you to your room via the emergency stairs.
・The automatic door at the hotel entrance must be opened and closed manually.
・Air conditioning will be turned off throughout the building, including in guest rooms.
・Due to the water supply being cut off, you will not be able to use the restrooms.
・Vending machines, ice machines, and coin laundry machines in the building cannot be used.
・Internet and WiFi are not available.
・All lights in the guest room will be turned off.
・Water and hot water supply will be suspended. Bathrooms, showers, sinks, and restrooms are not available for use.
・Electricity supply in the guest room will be interrupted. Electrical appliances such as electrical outlets, telephones, refrigerators, televisions, and washlets are not available. Please turn off your computer, etc. beforehand.Guests with tattoos may not be permitted to use the property’s public bathing areas or other facilities where the tattoos might be visible to other guests.

The location couldn’t be easier and better when transiting between cities.
The headboard was covered in dust when we arrived. The temperature was difficult to regulate because the blanket is so thick it doesn’t breathe at all.
My flight was cancelled in the evening and I needed to book somewhere close the airport last minute. This hotel is right at the JR Chitose station, 2 stops from the airport station, and I was able to get to and from the airport within 10 minutes.
Its has everything you need for a quick airport stay. Clean, spacious, nice bathrooms, a work and study area, and there's a large 7-eleven right next door.

飯店就在新千歲機場附近,非常適合冬天一抵達新千歲機場後入住,飯店一樓就是彌生軒,用餐相當方便,打開窗戶就可以拍JR火車

nice hotel. Very good breakfast. Easy to catch the train to the airport from the hotel.
We came from Rusutsu by bus, which dropped us off at the airport, so we had to take the train back to Chitose to the hotel, but easy enough, especially for the price of the hotel.
Location
Room was a little small
We had 4 large suitcases and wanted to leave 2 in storage with staff until a relative was able to pick up these up the next day but was told we had to take all to our room and was not allowed to store in lobby area.
