・Air conditioning will be turned off throughout the building, including in guest rooms.
・Due to the water supply being cut off, you will not be able to use the restrooms.
・Vending machines, ice machines, and coin laundry machines in the building cannot be used.
・Internet and WiFi are not available.
・All lights in the guest room will be turned off.
・Water and hot water supply will be suspended. Bathrooms, showers, sinks, and restrooms are not available for use.
・Electricity supply in the guest room will be interrupted. Electrical appliances such as electrical outlets, telephones, refrigerators, televisions, and washlets are not available. リピしたいナイスホテル！
Pros:

ほぼ駅直結というくらい駅に近い。同じ建物1階のやよい軒での朝食が便利。隣にセブンイレブンもあり。他施設より充実した様々なタイプから枕を選ぶ事が出来た。２階ラウンジ居心地よくライブラリも。ドリンクサービスが嬉しかった。

北海道地方から千歳空港の早い便を利用するときの前日入りによい。
Pros:

徒歩圏内にコンビニがいくつかある。1階にあるやよい軒は便利で、味も美味しかった。遅くに到着してもほとんど外に出ず夕食が食べれたのがよかった。

Cons:

部屋についているのが緑茶1個だけだったので、もう少しほかが欲しかった。

Great - will be back
Pros:

Hotel has onsen facilities, and a little lounge area, which is lovely.
Close to the train station. Mall nearby for shopping.

Cons:

Pillow in the room was not great - you'd have to go downstairs to choose another pillow. But I found out after I had showered and changed, so it was not ideal to go downstairs again.
