Pros:

Great location and wonderful staff at front desk. Comfortable beds.

Cons:

We were here on a Saturday and Sunday night. The entire downstairs bar was closed for a private event both nights. There was a full blown DJ dance party until midnight on Saturday which prevented us from enjoying a cocktail. Unfortunate that this area was inaccessible both physically and energy-wise as this was an advertised amenity. So, maybe double check what the hotel’s event schedule is before booking.

Misleading snack display, inconvenient parking and a very drafty room, although the reception staff was professional and
Pros:

The gentleman at the reception desk was professional and helpful.

Cons:

Parking is very inconvenient. The nearest parking is about a 10-minute walk away and costs around €15 per night, with only a few spaces available. In the room, chocolates, sweets and chips were displayed on a shelf in a way that gives the impression they are complimentary, like a welcome treat. However, even if this was mentioned somewhere, it was not clearly communicated, and the surprise comes at checkout when you discover they are charged. The worst issue was the room during the night: despite the window being fully closed, there was a strong cold draft coming through it. It was so uncomfortable that I had to place a blanket along the window to block the air and be able to sleep.
